Class act, the whole lot. They remembered me and my entire situation after a year and helped me to find a place that day. The entire group is extremely friendly, patient, and professional which is doubly impressive given that much of their clientele are flakey college students. These guys are there to work for you and don't see you as simply a dollar sign.
I have been to them for two different apartments now, and I plan on going to them for every future apartment I get in the Boston area.
Highly recommend. -

Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jordan; failed to call me back ever. We signed a lease a week later.
If you can't keep meetings, you can't keep business, and that's about $2500 they just passed by not returning a call after a conversation.

A couple years ago, when this company was just http://realestatebosto..., I got absolutely ripped off in a really crappy studio for $1300 a month. Some of my friends were spending $100 more for a 1-bed across the street. Once this company became "Boston Brokerage Group" and later in my lease, I found out that my apartment was being rented after I left without ever having received a single call to show the apartment because one of their Realtors stopped by with the new tenants to measure. This means Realtors entered my apartment illegally without my permission while I was working in the daytime. When I sent a complaint, someone called and apologized. I cannot accept an apology from a company that invades the privacy of others and break the law.

I worked with a realtor (whose name I won't say but initials are A.K.). Although I heard great reviews from my friend who had just rented an apartment from him for 1800, I did not have the same experience. My roommate and I looked for a 2-bed for 2000 (in February) which I think is a pretty reasonable budget.
A.K. showed us "the only 2 units that were in our price range," one being a basement. The other unit was beautiful and thus why I gave him those 2 stars. My roommate and I agreed that we wanted to see more options and A.K. told us he'd contact us when he found more apartments.
No surprise, he NEVER called back and we moved on to a better realty. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
