I needed a black suit for work, and i'm cheap (poor). I have understood that going to outlets for that work. My size is quite common, 42S, so I have had no luck in California or Nevada finding a black suit on the cheap. Well guess what, Boss had it..marked down about 70% too, that is nice. It still cost some good money but in retrospect i'm getting a good suit for less. This place is completely under utilized...probably because its Primm, NV, a bordertown on the way to and from Vegas.
The word on the street is when you are on the border there are some specific tax write-offs you can utilize. That is what I hear.
Check out this whole Outlet Mall, you won't be bummed. 4 stars though because it's Primm.
