Here's a quick breakdown for the ADD folks out there (or have I lost you already?):

Service: Very friendly! They were very kind and understanding that I had less than an hour to sit down and eat. Got out orders and the food out within 20 minutes! OH YEAH.

Food: I got their sliders from the appetizer menu (I figured they'd cook faster than a large burger) and was very happy with them! I like to think of myself as a wannabe burger connoisseur. They probably would have been better with cheese, but alas...I do not consume dairy anymore *le sigh*.

Atmosphere: I was a little chilly (first world problems) but it wasn't terrible. They were having some kind of raffle in the bar while we were eating; the bar tender was standing up on a chair and the people were chanting and hitting their hands on the bar; it was amusing. We went at 4 in the afternoon so it wasn't very busy. I like the room; it's very tall and open; however, the hallway to the bathroom is short...well, a lot shorter than the ceiling in the main room, hah.

Parking: I had to park across the street behind Fido, but it was fine; thank goodness I found a spot!

I'd definitely return here for a dinner date with friends or something!

For some reason, Bosco's is where I have taken my out-of-town guests for brunch over the last few years. It's typically on a Sunday, complete with a live jazz trio. I think because it provokes great conversation in a relaxed atmosphere - allowing recovery from the previous night's (possible) debauchery...

    Must be the jazz....

Only once have I dined here in the evening, with a local friend. We chose to meet on a whim, and I recall live music and a full house. We grabbed spots at the bar, and had a great time catching up over our light meals and cocktails.

Recently, my husband, mother-in-law, and I decided to go on a Sunday afternoon. My mother-in-law and I were disappointed that it was 2:00pm, but we could only order from the limited brunch menu until 3:00pm. (My husband was perfectly happy with ordering a breakfast plate, but she and I were not feelin' breakfast-type food at all.) Our server apologized for the limited lunch options. Heck - it's not her fault. It made me wonder if she hears that a lot.

The food and the service have always been good. The asparagus and mushroom omelet is one of my favorites. One of my out-of-town guests, "The Brit" as I lovingly call him, tried the Eggs Benedict, and he thought it was quite good. I won't eat calamari, but my husband and my mother-in-law are snobs on the dish. For a non-coastal area, they think Bosco's has it down.

I sampled their Famous Flaming Stone beer, and while it is too light for my taste, it did have a nice flavor to it. Based off the I.B.U., I chose Hillsboro Brown as my draft. It was more bitter and less sweet than I thought it would be, but definitely drinkable.

Disclaimer:  Bosco's is a Brewing Co.  What is a Brewing Co.?  I couldn't tell you what a hop is if it hit me on the head.... I only come for the food!

Seriously,  I have heard that they have wonderful micro-brews, but sad to say since I am not a connoisseur of these fine beverages, I can't speak for them,  They do however make some great cocktails and they are reasonably priced as well!

I've been to Bosco's for just about every occasion, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner,  You really can't go wrong anytime of the day,  They have fantastic service and their food is always consistent. Their dining room is inviting and comfortable.  The wait staff really does a fantastic job when you go with a large group which is usually the case when I go.  It's also a place that you can take small children to and they are accommodating of that in a wonderful way!

They have fantastic appetizers!  The duck spring rolls are a pleasant little surprise of salty, savory and sweet and the roll itself is always very crispy,  My other favorite is the fried artichokes.  They are lightly fried, wonderfully seasoned and paired with a garlicky buttermilk dressing,

Their pizzas are wood-fired, the crust is usually perfection,  The toppings are always fresh and tasty.

The brunch offerings are all good and the Sunday brunch includes a jazz band,

Bosco's is a great place to hang out when you want to have a good drink, relax, chat with friends, or listen to music, depending on when you go.  They have wonderful offerings that are consistently good and great service to go with it.

Haven't found a beer I like yet at Bosco's, which seems to fit my general dissatisfaction with Nashville brewing. A slight edge over Blackstone, perhaps better than Yazoo ... and these comparisons make me cringe because I dislike them all.
On the other hand, food is palatable and the wait-staff is pleasant. A bit too pricey, perhaps an attempt to distinguish themselves from Sam's and the Villager, but if you can stand the smoke and you're looking for a beer, keep heading North up 21st.

Found this via the internet as part of my cross country pub crawl, wanted to find a brewery in music city.  Had the sampler, as usual, had pretty good lunch - open face roast beef with au jus and fries.  Beer was acceptable but did not rise to the level of others that we found.

So, with a sigh I am giving two stars to Boscos and that's mostly because of their cask conditioned beer. I brought my mom and sis here for dinner with my friend and his wife. Well, in honesty the plan was to go to Monell's but it was closed for renovations and for some reason Sunset Grill was also closed and Boscos seemed like an okay alternative, especially because we were all getting hungry.

We walked in and were sat pretty quickly and our waiter came, introduced himself and then gave us time to decide. Then another waiter came by, introduced himself and gave us time to decide. I was hoping the second guy was in error since he seemed less put together than our first waiter.

Unfortunately, this was not the case and the head in the clouds waiter came by and aside from being lucid when he talked about the beer he was just strange. We asked for some lemon for the water and he completely forgot it when he brought our drinks which was fine but when he came back with the lemons he literally walked right past us to another section, where it was empty, then he stopped and backtracked and the table he was serving was the one he just passed by with the 5 people waiting to order. The bottle conditioned Ed's Porter though was pretty good and was the highlight of the visit.

Our food was just okay, my shrimp and grits was very low on shrimp and I should have just ordered the shrimp appetizer for myself as a main course-which was the same amount of shrimp for almost half the cost. Similarly, my sister's shrimp scampi came with a small amount of shrimp and was really bland. My friend's wife got the portabella club sandwich with fruit and it came with three slices. My mom's pork chop was the best meal out of the bunch. There are better options for beer and fancy food in Nashville.

Sunday brunch, place was crowded but not too noisy, pretty nice.  Live band playing what sounded like Brazilian Samba, pretty nice.  Cute waitress, fast service, plenty of coffee, pretty nice.  Egg white omelet that was tasty and not too greasy, delicious toast, pretty nice.  Overall a relaxing joint, one can hallucinate being on Miami Beach while dining here.  Very nice!

Can you believe that I had never been to Bosco's before?  I've lived in Nashville since 2004 and this past weekend was my first time entering Bosco's.

I went with 3 friends of mine for dinner on a Saturday night.  We ordered our drinks and one of my friends got an appetizer of Calimari (I dislike Calimari so I declined to have any).  The drinks came pretty quickly, which was nice.  The server was very attentive and my drink never sat empty for more than a few seconds - which always impresses me.

My friend ordered the steak sandwich - which I would never call a steak sandwich.  It was basically a steak between two pieces of bread, which was odd.  I think when MOST people think of a steak sandwich they think of something like a 'Philly Steak" sandwich in which it is sliced steak...not a huge steak between pieces of bread.  However, my friend DID enjoy his steak.

I got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and a ceaser salad side.  The salad was good but had sun dried tomatoes in it - which, I don't care for - so, I picked them out.  Other than that - pretty average ceaser salad.  The pizza, surprisingly, was very tasty.  It has sliced, grilled chicken on it with buffalo sauce, Gorgonzola cheese, ranch sauce and diced celery.  The crust was thin with a good amount of snap and char to the crust - which I believe is ideal for a good pizza.  I'm not sure if I was just hungry or it really was that good - but I REALLY liked my pizza.  There wasn't anything left when I was done.

All in all - we all had a great time at Bosco's.  The food was pretty good and the service was great.  Based on the service alone I'll be back.  I really was impressed with my server.  She was one of those servers who was able to strike a delicate balance between being helpful and friendly without being intrusive.  Some servers get TOO into your business.  Sometimes - she came by just to pick stuff up, take away plates and refill drinks and I didn't even notice!  That's the best...I hate having to end my conversation with my friends, turn my attention to the server and then go back...she just swooped in, took care of everything and kept doing it through our meal.  That, to me, is a skill!

All in all - I've had better food for sure - but the ambiance and the service were great and the food was decent.  I'll be back for sure!

I ate an obscenely large lunch at Bosco's, and it was pretty tasty.  I had the Mediterranean pizza.  It didn't really compare to the kind of pizza you'd get at a real Italian restaurant (especially in terms of the crust), but the toppings were very flavorful.  The side salad was simple, but very fresh.  The spinach-artichoke dip was good, even though it vanished so quickly.  And, the bread pudding dessert was the perfect way to finish the meal.  Service was prompt and friendly.  I'd return.

It's really 3.5. They have some delicious homebrewed beers. Their gorgonzola chicken is also a 4 out of 5. Good pizza, but not great.

I don't like their appetizers at all which is why I am a little down on them. The ahi tacos are bad, as is their spinach/artichoke dip.

Service is also very hit or miss.

I enjoy eating here because the food is usually very good. It always seems like, though, that we end up being neglected by servers. They seat us and it takes 10 minutes to get a drink order. That stuff tends to bug me, but obviously I still don't quit going there. The beer they brew is good too, though nothing to scream about. All in all, if you're not starving or parched the second you walk through the door, you should have a fine time here.

I returned to Nashville for a hot second and met up with a friend for dinner - as she's a Vanderbilt grad student and I was interviewing at Vandy, she thought it would give me a good sense of what might become one of my go-to spots if I make the move here. It's a very solid local joint - quick service (although our waiter was a little heavy on the snark - I am taking a minute to make a decision, dude, this is not a major character flaw), lots of options on the menu, and solidly executed food. My salmon was a step above what I expect at this kind of place and I was really happy that they had options for healthy fare in addition to delicious fried things and burgers and beer. Bosco's definitely helped Vanderbilt make a good impression!

My fiance and I met here for an impromptu date night on a Wednesday.  The restaurant was busy but not crowded and the service was just right.  We shared the beer tasting thing and then each picked a favorite.  Great Variety! I went with the Winter Warmer, he had the Scottish one.  I thought the descriptions on the mat were interesting and informative...there's lots of tasty but different things on the menu, which is more than I was expecting from a brewhouse.  Himself selected veal ravioli in a mushroom sauce (the pasta special), I had the black bean tamale - which was tasty.  I will definitely recommend Bosco's for a fun date night in the neighborhood!

The IPA has a very nice front-end twang. I would give it four stars. The smoked Chicken club, however, came on bread that was slightly stale and had too little chicken. I would give the sandwich one star.

I don't think I'd come back here for lunch, but maybe I'd give it another chance for drinks and appetizers...

Everyone I know seems to love Boscos, and maybe that just makes me like it less.

The food is somewhat pricy yet mediocre.  The beer is good, but next door Sam's has just as many good beer options (Yazoo) and is cheaper.

If you do go, try the calamari--it's actually good.  But do not get the Ahi tacos.  Just don't.

I love Boscos. It is pretty much the go-to restaurant for me and my husband. We even had our wedding rehearsal dinner there. Their stouts and porters are amazing. I love the Dry Stout and my husband prefers Isle of Skye. I love the whole pescatarian portion of the menu, but I tend to order my favorite, "Cesar salad with added grilled salmon-medium, no croutons, add carrots and chopped tomatoes". They know me by my order there. The salmon is really the best I have had in any place in town besides my own kitchen (and even then I miss the mark more often than they do).

When I was in college I used to take my algebra homework to Boscos and get a beer and a Cesar salad before my night class every Monday. I got an A that semester, it was my first A in algebra ever. I'm sure it was mostly the instructor, but I like to think that Boscos was a good study habit.

The only drawback is the atmosphere. Most of the patrons are boring, dorky business men or families. It is kind of stale. But it can be overlooked when you bring your own company and sit in the cocktail area by the window.

When they have cheesecake on the dessert menu ORDER IT.

I appreciate that they buy some produce from Murphy produce, a local produce distributor. All restaurants buy from Sysco, and I am sure it would be easier and cheaper for Boscos to buy all of their produce from Sysco, but they don't. The greens on their house salad are organic. Their fish is fresh. When you say "rare" you get what you ask for. I have never had anything burned or sub-par from this restaurant and I have been going there for 11 years. There may have been one or two waitstaff throughout the years that have lamed out, but they have never lasted the long-haul. The wait staff tend to notice and converse with regulars and I have watched (since I tend to sit in the cocktail section where seats are close together) tourists or other newbies be treated with respect (sometimes undeserved) and kindness by the employees as well.

I think Boscos is great. I recommend the place to anyone who asks.

We had been walking for about 4 hours straight all throughout the Vandy area in 90+ heat. We wanted to see what the "village" was all about.

Couldn't decide between Bosco's or the sports bar next door. My husband wasn't too keen on "bar snacks" (although Sam's did offer more than just bar snacks), so Bosco's it was.

We weren't super hungry. We ordered 2 appetizers ($5 appetizers on Monday evenings) and I also ordered a side salad.

The side salad's garlic ranch was fabulous. It was a salad where I ate every last leaf and scraped the plate to consume the last drops of dressing. Thankfully, there was more than enough dressing -- especially since it's served on the side. When we got the calamari, I happily dipped my pieces into the ranch.

Sadly, the calamari was a bit too salty. And the accompanying cocktail sauce was not to my liking. It was cocktail sauce with an added herb or sauce or something that just detracted from what I expected the cocktail sauce to taste. I barely touched it (or winced when I tasted an accidentally dipped calamari into it).

I didn't try my husband's naan, but I did try the hummus dip. I'm not a fan of olives, and there was a strong taste of olives (in addition to added chopped olives) to the hummus. I thought at first that he was given baba ghanoush because his hummus had a purple tinge. To my dismay, it tasted like olives were blended in. My husband liked it.

Ok. we gave Boscos a second chance last night after a not-so great time in early May.

    First Trip                                       Second Trip
    good service                                not good service
good beer (that's a given)         slightly good beer
burned nori tuna                         Pear Salad was blah and overpriced
pasta that tasted like frozen     Burger and fries tasted like Sisco

Overall, the food isn't worth the exorbitant prices charged here, why do they keep raising their prices?? The service is definately not with a smile and even Boscos beer doesn't seem to be as good as it once was.

I do believe this was our last attempt at good times at Boscos....

Boscos is a decent enough place, though there are several restaurants I'd opt for over this one.

The food is good.  I've never had any complaints and they've never goofed when I've requested something to be changed or left off, but it's a little pricey for what you get.  $10-15 for a personal pizza, $10 for a burger.  It's not exorbitant, but for casual dining, I expect a bit more for what I pay for a meal here.  I will say that the fried artichoke hearts are quite good, and if you do go here, they are worth trying as an appetizer.

Service is variable, depending on who you have waiting your table.  There have been times where service was great, but there have been just as many times where we would not see or hear from our waiter for at least 30 minutes.  The last time I went, our party was there for 3 hours.  It seemed like as soon as our food was ordered and delivered, the waiter forgot we existed; we didn't get the check for an hour and a half, and finally, after tracking him down and getting our checks, it still took another 25 minutes just to process 3 checks.  It was really disappointing to have an otherwise nice evening ruined by slow service.

People here say a lot about the beer, and to me it's just OK (though I've never been there when they had their porters or stouts on tap.  And I'm a big Yazoo loyalist, so take what I say about the beer with a grain of salt).  The Flaming Stone beer is a good, light beer that becomes very slightly hoppy as you get close to the bottom of the glass, and the Hillsboro Brown is sweet, but not as full-bodied and malty as I had hoped for from what's described as a nut brown ale.  These are the only two I've had from Bosco's, but both are good, light beers that would probably go well with just about anything on the menu other than the Nori-Crusted Tuna (which, by the way, is also good, but I don't think it pairs well with either beer).

I wouldn't be so reluctant to go here if it wasn't for the inconsistent service, that's really the one problem that keeps me from going back on my own.  The only time I go here is when I'm invited by friends, but if I pick where to go, I've got several other places I'd choose first, because I know I can order, eat, and pay for my food within 30-45 minutes at those places if I wanted to.

Love me some Boscos. Hate me some Boscos parking. ...But such is life in Hillsboro Village.

I'm a creature of habit and always order up one of their wood oven-fired pizzas. Like BBQ chicken and red onions? Order the Germantown Purist. Do veggies strike your fancy? The Mediterranean is an epicurean delight.

Also, become a member of the Boscos Beer Police (free membership) and you'll receive email coupons like the one we used today: Buy 1 lunch entree, get 1 free. My total bill was $4.52. Uhh. Yes, please.

The Beer Police membership card accumulates 1 point for every dollar spent. 100 points gets you $10 Boscos credit. You get free samples of seasonal beers and birthday surprises. WIN-WIN. Why wouldn't you be a card-carrying member?

Also, they have a great Sunday brunch from 10:30am-3pm complete with a jazz band. Nothing beats an easy Sunday morning in Hillsboro. Nothing.

Boscos is one of those places that I frequently forget exists, and were it not for the "one free entree on your birthday" coupon that they sent my husband, I don't think that they would have re-entered my dining repertoire... and I'm not sure that would have been such a bad thing!

The food is consistently bland and sloppily presented. For lunch, my husband ordered a sirloin steak sandwich, and it was a DISASTER. Not only was the steak in his sandwich disgustingly fatty, it hadn't been sliced! So, his sandwich was literally a huge piece of steak between two pieces of bread; I have NEVER seen anyone serve a steak sandwich like that. Additionally, it came out on the smallest plate imaginable, such that the paltry serving of fries that accompanied (certainly not worth the extra dollar) were practically falling off. This is the kind of thing I'm talking about when I say that Boscos is sloppy: the steak should have been trimmed of the ring of fat, it should have been sliced before being put into the sandwich, and a better plate should have been used. At the very least, they did cook the steak properly, but given all the other flaws, I wonder if that was just a fluke. I ordered the eggplant manicotti, which sounded really good, but it too was a disappointment. In contrast to my husband's meal, it came out in a HUGE bowl that was almost entirely filled with sauce (such that it looked like a bowl of soup). The eggplant itself was decently prepared, EXCEPT for the fact that it had obviously been cooked in old oil, which is disgusting. The sauce tasted like it had been spiked with condensed tomato soup, and the noodles were overcooked. It's such a shame that this dish was massacred by the kitchen because in theory, it could have been really good.

I really think that Nashville could do with some more pub-style restaurants, so it's really a shame that Boscos is just so underwhelming on the food front. The atmosphere is nice enough and the selection of microbrews that they offer make this a fine enough place to come have a few drinks, but given that they have the word "Restaurant" in their name, they should also be able to deliver good food to soak up some of that beer. Alas, they do not. This recent meal was especially lackluster, but based on past experiences, is not really an anomaly. A free meal might have gotten us in the door this time, but it wouldn't be enough to get us to go back.

I know this place is known for beer, but they surprisingly do a really good brunch! Their waffles are probably among the best I've ever had. They are simple, but cooked to perfection. They are so fluffy!! I've had other items on the menu that were good, but nothing out of this world.

I can't believe I forgot to review this place but this is SUCH a great spot. After visiting Vanderbuilt me and a few colleagues ended up over here due to its close proximity (and one persons immediate attraction to the word brewery). We went on a weekday afternoon and it was relatively empty, keeping in mind that this is a rather large restaurant. The seating was comfortable but it has the slightly raised step to get into a booth so I warn you not to forget about that lest you fall when you get up.

The bathroom was very clean and the back portion of the restaurant has a huge window where you can see the brewing (?) process going on. Unfortunately I didn't try any beer but I did have their pear salad which was surprisingly VERY VERY delicious. Others around me had pasta dishes and were also very pleased with it. The menu is very diverse and I have to judge a place by how well they make a salad (normally a very neglected dish in a place full of more hearty meals). This place is great for large groups and I'm sure would be a fun place for happy hour.

Good location, good neighborhood, some-but-not-enough parking (in the rear), good micro-brews, pretty good food, and not so good service.

I'd give it a 4 starts, except that the bartender and servers were all rather rude. Uncalled for, and definitely not appreciated. Kinda killed the experience.

I had the chopped chicken salad, which was ok on flavor (nothing spectacular) but small on portions. Ok ok, this is probably a grease and potatoes kinda place to go with the beers, but it pretends to be more and doesnt quite deliver.

Having said that, the beers would get a 4.5, the food a 3.5, and the service a 2.... so, balance it out at 3.

Bosco's Brewing Company was selected as our Happy Hour destination for the month of December so I thought I'd tell you about the experience.

    The Pros:
    1) Bosco's is a *microbrew* located in Hillsboro Village and fits in well amongst the other restaurants and bars in the area. They have their own unique personality that doesn't step on other toes in the village.

    2) The variety of options on the menu is diverse from nibbley appetizers to wood-fired oven pizza and seafood, Bosco's seems to serve it all. I ordered the crab cakes appetizer ($5 during happy hour otherwise $10) and they were scrumptious and savory.

    3) They brew some tasty beer like the Famous Flaming Stone Beer ($3.50 drafts during Happy Hour).

    The Cons:
    1) Besides the crab cakes, I really haven't found anything that I absolutely loved on the menu. In past visits, I have tried both the Vegetable burger with fries and also the Blackened grouper sandwich both of which were not memorable.

    2) The service isn't the greatest and the waitstaff isn't always attentive. I think my glass of water stayed empty for about 30 minutes before I asked for a refill.

    3) The prices are a little high for the taste with the exception of the Happy Hour specials. Personal pizzas range from $8-12 and entrées are $14-25.

    4) Happy hour starts at 3:30p.m. and ends at 6:30p.m. I don't know about your work schedule, but that seems a bit early to me.

    5) They don't always have your favorite beer on tap and it doesn't always taste the same. This can be both good and bad.

Overall I'd give Bosco's 3.5 stars if I could: 3 for the beer and Happy Hour specials and .5 for the effort.

Brewery with good food, in an open atmosphere and attentive waitstaff.

Come for brunch and enjoy Cedar plank salmon and caesar salad.  Awesome!  Goes great with the Mimosas.

I'll have to try the crab cakes and pizzas.  You can tell the food here is done well.  Liked the open seating and brick exposed building with a glimpse of the brew in process.

Went to the bar to watch football, and bartender had ESP with good service.  This guy with sunglasses came in from Sam's next door, he apparently doesn't ever carry an ID, so he got pineapple juice with his food.  Who wears sunglasses inside?  When he broke out his laptop, the bartender gave him the wireless password on a note before he even finished asking.

Went to Sam's next door to finish the football game, but wish I didn't leave.  I prefer the relaxing music and chill ambiance of bosco's to the smoky, loud, and crowded Sam's place.  I'm sorry to the young girl behind me for cheering so loudly, I get very competitive, especially after I've had a couple of drinks.

We went there for dinner our first night visiting Nashville because it was closeby and it's a brewery!  I had a few HopGodess beers and they were pretty good.  We ordered the hummus for an app, which was just fine, not like regular hummus though.  I had a side salad and a california pizza.  The salad was great and the pizza hit the spot.  Very thin crust, pine nuts, lots of cheese, sundried tomatoes.  My husband ordered a pizza, too, and thought it was pretty good as well.  Our server was not good at all, which was very disappointing.  He kept forgetting our beers and didn't know answers to any questions we asked, but oh well.  I'd go there again if we were there for a long period of time, but it's  definitely not a must-stop!

We are in Nashville on a mini vacation and didn't have a place picked out for dinner on Sunday.  We spent a half hour reading Yelp reviews and finally settled on Boscos, since a lot of places were closed on Sunday.  I'm so glad we did.  We had a fabulous dinner with great service.

We split the meatball calzone and gorgonzola pear salad for dinner and then also split the nightly bread pudding selection.  All were excellent.

Do I love Boscos?  No.  Do I dislike Boscos?  Absolutely not.  A little piece of my heart goes out to Boscos.  When I first flew down here to find an apartment I went to Boscos with my boyfriend to relax and have a beer.  We laughed at the "no guns" sign in the window.  Little did we know it was a legit sign.  BTW, Kudos to Boscos for the sign, it's definitely a plus in my book.

I like the beer and I like the food, but I like the beer better.  The food isn't bad but it's not the best.  What makes the food better for me?  More beer and the 15% Vandy discount.  All in all I can't totally put my finger on why I'm not in love.  I'll update if I figure it out....

So many memories in this place - many Sunday mornings spent here drinking mimosas, listening to live jazz, and eating brunch!  So as you can tell, the Sunday Jazz Brunch is my favorite part of Boscos.  They have $3.50 mimosas (great deal!) and bloody marys, and the menu has all the egg & carbohydrate goodness of you can stand!  I also like to get a smoked salmon bagel if I'm feeling light.

I have been here for dinner, although much less frequently.  I love the Wood Oven Shrimp - the Creole seasoned butter is great & you can sop it up with the bread that comes with it.  YUM!  They actually have a pretty decent veggie burger, and the Portobella Club is good too.  Like the California Pizza!

My husband loves beer & he's always excited about the Cask Conditioned Ale.  They "pop the top" so to speak around 5:45 Mondays & Fridays & let it flow until it's gone.  Quite the event!

My main problem with this place is how expensive it is. Everything just seems overpriced. The pizza there is good, and so is the burger.

This was the first restaurant that I went to when I moved to town a few weeks ago. I was really happy here.

Great atmosphere, good food, and delicious beer. Its a microbrewery, so I assume they brew all of their beer in house. The beer was really good and that have quite the selection! I cant remember exactly what brews we had, but they were all good.

I ordered the cheese burger for dinner with a side of fires and it was good. Nothing out of this world, but it tasted great with my beer. My girlfriend ordered some kind of fish sandwich that was great!

Our waiter was very knowledgeable on all the different beers they had. Parking was a pain in the ass, but I would over look that for the great beer!

Not sure what Bosco's everyone else has been to, but this place is great!  I tried some garlic and parm fries, a salad, and pizza.  All were great.  Not mind-blowing, but certainly great.

I couldn't decide on a single beer so I ordered the beer sampler!  As someone who loves beer and loves trying new beer, it was perfect.  I did not like all of them, but guess what...nobody likes all beer.  Don't order one beer and judge them all.  These beers were not created equal.  Not sure if you'll like a beer?  Ask for the sampler.

The service was just fine as well.  No complaints here.

    Go to Bosco's!

Boscos is a great place to sit and chat over a beer with friends.  Even lots of friends-they've always been good with a group, in my experience.  It's not an overly noisy place, but it feels very cozy and homey.  Not to mention, they've got a great selection of house made brews and I have a thing for their grouper sandwich.  Maybe just a little crush...

Some of the other food I've tried has been good, but nothing to really write home about.  This place I primarily recommend for their beer.  Also, they've got happy hour from 3:30-6:30 Monday through Friday with $1 off drafts and 1/2 off specialty cocktails.

Perhaps I remember Boscos through the lens of nostalgia, as I used to go there far more frequently before becoming a parent, but I don't believe I've ever had a bad experience here.

A great place to go for great micro-brewed beer and especially if you have a large group of people to go with.  Everytime I have been with a posse o' people, they've done a good job of making sure everyone has a constant supply of beer and that the food is right.

I usually tend to gravitate towards their pizza or pasta, nothing that would set the world on fire, but always consistent.  They also are quick to inform what beers pair with what dish.  If you like spicy, they have  a great 'Diablo' pizza that features hot and roasted peppers along with roasted chicken.  Good crusts too.

I love beer.  I really love craft beer that is on draft.  This place happens to have a great variety of both!  They also tap a cask-conditioned ale on Mondays and Fridays that lasts until they are out and is fantastic if you've never tried a cask-conditioned beer.  Boscos has a loyalty program and some deal where if you buy a mug, you get discounts on beer for a year or something of that nature - they store your mug behind the counter.

A great place to go before a movie at the Belcourt, nothing fancy, and not a bad place to go if you want to bring kids...

Great Bartender and cool beer flights with decent apps.  We were in Nashville touring a frozen city and working hard to find places that were open and fun....we stumbled on Bosco's (Yelp reviews)  and found it to be fun and appealing!

We had a great artichoke dip and burgers with amazing fries!  But, again the best part was the beer flight and the range of micro-brews!  I say, check it out and enjoy the area surrounding Bosco's.  If it wasn't so cold, I am sure that the area would be busy and more people would be out playing.

Not being a beer drinker, I probably miss the primary draw of this place, but I have been here in the past several times with Friends and Family and have always enjoyed it.

My most recent visit was a bit of a mixed bag. Parking in this area is very limited, and as such always represents a challenge. There is a lot behind Boscos for Boscos and Sam's, but it can fill up quickly around dinner time. Luckily we were able to procure a spot. Unfortunately from the parking lot there was a rather unpleasant scent, either from Garbage in the sun or from the Brewing process.

Seating was quick, and the waiter was quick to bring us menus and water, but the service pretty much went downhill from there.

The food was very good, but by the end of our meal, appearances of our waiter had become almost nonexistent. When he finally came by to bring my check, it was actually the check for ANOTHER customer who was also waiting. He obviously detected my frustration and brought my check next.

Fortunately I've been here enough to know that this isn't quite the NORMAL level of service, if it was my first visit, I would have been VERY put off by it.

As I've said, the food is good, but if this level of service is the new norm, I would not recommend it.
