I bring my doxie to Bo's twice a month or more for daycare, and it's the only place where we have boarded him. He is always so excited to go! I think the staff is wonderful - we are always met with a smile when we come in the door. Each handler knows my doxie - he has no problem going up to any of them. I love that they are so eager to hold him and give him kisses. The staff is very professional, and you can tell that they truly love animals.
I've always found the facility to be clean and well-staffed (ratio of staff to dogs). I have never had a problem, and I highly recommend Bo's to all of my friends with dogs. -

Used to be great service, they even answered the phone when it rang! or if you left a message they called back. Now I call, the answering machine is mal-functioning and you can't even leave a message. Once, while away on a trip and our dogs were boarded there, I called to remind them about one of the dogs food, and they never returned my call. They seem to care, buy one of my dogs came away with a skin disease after being there. Their groomer is very good, however.

We took our dog here for 1 night this past weekend. It's a very clean place and my dog seemed to be okay when I picked him up. However, I didn't feel the customer service was all that great. I felt like I was bothering the front desk people when dropping him off AND picking him up. I will probably use Bo's again, but I hope they get some more friendly faces in when i return.

Bo's Bunkhouse Doggie Daycare, boarding and grooming is located in far north Plano on McDermott between Ohio and Preston across from Sam's Club. We have taken our dog Trixie (Chow/Corgie) there on numerous occasions for daycare and once for boarding. I love this place! Before we settled on Bo's we tried out a wide array of other places first, however, Bo's is so much nicer than any of the other doggie daycares we tried, but still competitively priced.
Here are some reasons we chose Bo's:
Staff A+: Extremely friendly and service oriented-! No apathetic teenagers chomping gum and reading Teen People at the counter
The doggie rooms are staffed at all times and dogs are separated by their size as they should be.
Facility A+: Very nice, clean, upscale, and dog friendly. By "dog friendly" I mean the dog rooms are furnished with chew free furniture and toys. We had a very bad experience at Pappy's when our dog ate something she shouldn't and became very ill. What was supposed to be a day of fun turned into a sky high vet bill. Doggie cam's included.
Services A+:
Bo's offers full-service doggie daycare, which we love- two thumbs up
Grooming- They have a do-it-yourself dog wash inside in addition to full grooming services. Haven't tried this as we have an affordable and favorite groomer already.
Boarding services- you can choose anything from a luxury suite to a regular kennel service. We did regular kennel and it was very reasonably priced compared to others.
Price A+: Bo's is competitively priced as far as kennel and daycare services go. As I said before, we tried out several other places and Bo's prices were very similar, but the facility and staff are far superior. So it was a no brainer for us! -

I took my dog there to be groomed and for daycare several months back. First, let me say my dog is very active and loves to play when she gets around any other dog...you have never met a more over socialized dog in your life! When I went to pick her up she was super excited to see me and very hyper. This being a good sign she had only been locked up in a kennel all day. I mean, I KNOW my dog...if she had been playing all day, she would be excited to see me (yes)...but hyper and then want to still take a long walk (no). She also was still slightly damp and smelled like she had only been sprayed down with a hose. I've been to better places before and this place wouldn't be my first choice.
