I think Dr. Zaks might be mildly retarded. If a client is coming in for a second opinion on something, what they do NOT want to hear for the $140 consultation fee is "um... I don't know...that's a hard one".  Gee, you think? Might that be why I'm there for a second opinion? I have some scars, and with all the technology he brags about on his website, he wasn't able to give me any information that my HMO docs didn't.  He wasn't forthcoming with information at all actually - I finally got some out of him by asking 100 questions.  There are much better dermatologists in this price range, keep on shopping around!
