Support your local bookstore, but big corporate stores have their place: they aren't necessarily inherently evil and they employ our neighbors.

With that being said, the service at this particular Borders Store is exceptional; they are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Shopping there is always a pleasant experience.
