Wow. Everything was fantastic!  Calamari and meatball appetizers.  Shrimp, scallops, and crab-meat fricassee and the chicken linguine entrees.  Desserts were chocolate creme brûlée and a chocolate carrot cake, both were unique and wonderful.

Went here in December of 2010 and had a fabulous experience.

Excellent, unique, fresh Italian dishes.  I had something with olives, artichokes, and buffalo mozzarella.  Phenomenal.

Everything our party ordered was excellent.

I highly recommend this easy-to-miss restaurant in the Grayton/Seaside area.

Stumbled upon this place two weeks ago while desperately trying to beat the humidity. As an aside, tent camping in the Panhandle Memorial Day week? NEVER AGAIN! Anyway, the drinks are good and strong. Ordered a second Jack and Ginger out of pure greed and was really silly afterward. They start you off with a basket of foccacia with olive oil and seasoning. Very delicious and flavorful. We ordered the calamari appetizer and can honestly say it was the best any of us had ever had. It is dipped in cornmeal and lightly fried and drizzled with some sort of light cheese sauce. Not a single piece was chewy or rubbery!
The salads were also great and I appreciated the Fontina cheese on my mixed  green salad. Entrees we liked were the eggplant lasagna and the pork tenderloin.
Waiter was eccentric and very entertaining. Will absolutely go back again.

This place serves new Italian/American cuisine.  We decided to have dinner here.

This is never really that big a deal for me, but the interior of the restaurant was ridiculous and as ugly as their website.  Orange, fake stone wallpaper and purple neon lighting?!  Wow.  The dining room felt really tacky.  On the plus side, the open kitchen was cool and the bar looked pretty nice.

The bread basket was a nice touch, but the bread wasn't particularly great.  I ordered the filet with boursin.  The flavor was ok, but it was over-cooked.  It made me want the steak I had earlier in the week at Café Tango.   The sides it came with were not memorable.  I also sampled the chicken linguini (I think) and I remember it being pretty decent, but rich.

The service was pretty decent over the course of our meal.  Also, the prices weren't too bad, but I expected the food to be slightly better for the cost.

Had a really nice dinner at Borago's. Service was excellent, desserts were incredible. Would of given it five stars except the Grouper was a little fishy. Great ambiance.  Highly recommended.

Ended up here after Fire couldn't fit us in on a Friday night. We were seated outside under a covered area.  It was raining so that worked out great.   We started with the special of the day. A caprese salad that was pretty good.  The fish dish was dry but ok just not great.  The service was not that great.  Hopefully, it was just a off night on food and service.  The place was packed so you would think they normally do a better job.

We visit the Seaside/Grayton Beach area every year and stay about 10 days... each time we always end up eating at Borago twice! They have wonderful food and service. I recommend saving room for the tiramisu, it is fabulous!

This is an incredible place! Very small, charming, and great Italian food! My family makes sure to make it here every trip down to the beach. Reservations are suggested since it is such a small place- don't miss this one!
