You know, I honestly had no idea just how pricey cowboy boots can get until I visited Boot Country a couple of weeks ago.  Having seen the fanciest boots Nashville has to offer, I was a bit more prepared to check out the inventory at Boots 'n' More.  While they definitely don't have the extensive selection (or the overwhelmingly pleasant odor of leather) that Boot Country has, Boots 'n' More is certainly a great place to shop for boots, hats and other general Western wear.

Boots 'n' More has a decent selection of cowboy boots, most of which are pricey (some as expensive as $600 a pair).  What I found particularly endearing, however, was their inventory of kids' boots.  They have tiny little pink and blue cowboy boots for children as well as little hats and Western shirts.  Very adorable.

Boots 'n' More has an especially great selection of Stetson cowboy hats.  The sizes and styles are pretty varied, and if you're a lady or fellow who looks good in a cowboy hat (unlike me), you'll probably be able to find something that makes you look ultra-cool.  They also have belt buckles and other souvenirs, but the place is called Boots 'n' More.  The "more" might be alright, but the "boots" are their specialty.

    Overpriced. Period.

We walked in to an empty store (never a good sign) and walked out within 10 minutes. They have a good selection of western threads and a beautiful selection boots. Beautiful if you're willing and can afford to pay up to $600 for 1 pair of boots.

My advice: Go down a few storefronts to Boot Country and get in on the "Buy 1 pair, Get 2 Free" deal.

Need some really expensive boots?  Well here you are.  Many types of leather, many styles of boots, and many lighter wallets as people leave the store.  They are not the biggest store on the block, but they have great foot ware.  Check out their selection of children's boots, which might not be confined to Nashville, but it certainly fits in here perfectly.

Boots N More has the best variety of boots and related apparel of any like store downtown. With a lot of good quality stuff expect to pay a good amount if you plan on walking out with a pair of boots. They also have an extensive collection of western wear (leather jackets, cowboy hats, and belts). I would have said that this was probably the most expensive fancy boots and western wear store downtown, but I think that Nashville Outfitters on 2nd street has it beat.
