Boot Barn

These people are very expensive. Bought a couple pairs of wrangler pants Spent 70 dollars for 2 pairs; now this is my fault cause I didn't do any research!!! Which means business owners will always take advantage of people with their high prices. When they can. Go to Wal- Mart Found the same pair of pants for 16.00 dollars. That's right NO SALE, NO COUPON. So you know Wal- Mart is making a profit. Wow really!!!! So Saba is making a killing on us.

I bet 200 dollars that Mr. Saba probably doesn't pay for full triple retail. If so can I sale you a car????? Rip off artist....

First time in this store and there were quite a few folks inside shopping around - which is always a good sign. Tons of selections but unfortunately didn't find any black color men's boots.

I did get some new comfy insoles and help from a gal on how to cut them for my pointed toe boots.

Seemed like they had a ton of employees all busy and helping customers.

Not a bad place!

This particular Boot Barn store needs overall improvements.

Been to this location several times.

Not once did I receive help from customer services.

Low on stocked item's.

Not a great selection of cowboy hats as other stores.

Will not come back.

Terrible customer service. No one came to help and when asked was annoyed by it. Not coming back to this location.

Thought I would go to boot barn and get a jacket. I thought they would have american made coats or jackets but all I saw was china and Indonesian made coats. Guess I thought if your representing the american cowboy you would have american made clothes.

Friendly staff, lots of clothes, boots, hats, accessories to choose from. Good quality .

Picked out a pair of boots, go to pay and the girl behind the register says "ugh commercial account". I will gladly go spend my $200+ boot voucher somewhere that appreciates my business. So long boot barn........I'll take my boot ticket to red wing now!

Wide assortment of western and other style cloths, boots, hats, accessories. Friendly staff and a very helpful staff.

Been to this location multiple times. First time online order was pretty easy for pick up in store. Horrible customer service from the MANAGER. I simply had a question about exchanging the boots because they fit differently, which is to be expected when purchasing boots. The MANAGER extremely rude then asks "have I ever bought boots before"? I responded yes, I just bought a pair yesterday and have bought multiple pairs from here. She then responds, as if I'm stupid "We can actually fit you for the size you actually need". OK, my response was "Thank you but I've been buying boots for years and no one has ever mentioned that to me". I also responded that after every transaction that the cashier asks if anyone has helped. No.. Different brands fit differently. I was just asking if I can exchange them for a different size. Customer Service is HUGE and if that is how your managers treats customers, that is a HORRIBLE example on how to lead a team. I will take my business to a different location. POOR MANAGEMENT. A customer should never feel attacked.

What can I say?
Several styles of boots, lots of which I would love to own, but not a single pair of what I went there for.

Prices on boots seemed competitive.
Selection seemed unequal in all sizes. I could find a 7 or 7 1/2 in something i liked but didnt see same in shelf in my size.
Seriously, I'm disappointed.
I came here in hopes of spending my money locally and still getting a bargain.
No such luck.
What happened to Sheplers in Arizona?
Besides the things you might expect to see the rest of the store had things i didnt expect.

Sort of disappointed in the selection of womens clothes. I did like the purses and wallets but was unable to tell if any that cost $58 were actually made of leather.

I like boot barn and will probably go again because they have a nice selection. The two star rating here is because of their return policy. I wanted to return the boots because they didn't fit and I have never worn them before and I still have the receipt. They said they cannot return the money and are only allowed to put the money on a merch card. I am in a pickle right now because the merch card is not useful because no store and online does not have my size. Another company does have the boot in my size, but I can't buy with the merch card (obviously). I need them by this weekend so even if they did have them online, they wouldn't come in time. The cashier shrugged and basically said tough luck. When I said that I would just keep the boots for now she did a transaction with the merch card and now the receipt looks like I bought the boots with the Murch card and now for sure, I will never get my money back.
