History

Established in 2007

After teaching group fitness for 5 years at LA Fitness' and Total Woman Gym and Spas, Julie White, started her own classes in 2007 by creating Boost Fitness.  For the last 3 1/2 years Julie has built a steady and diverse clientele in Orange, Villa Park, Anaheim, and Tustin,  Julie recently moved all her classes to Century Dancesport in Tustin.  Century Dancesport is a beautiful ballroom dance studio with wood floors, mirrors and a state-of-the-art sound system.  It's a beautiful studio conveniently located off of Newport Ave. right off the 5 freeway.

Julie White is an experienced and certified group fitness instructor. Julie's expertise is in training groups of women in a challenging but supportive environment.

Julie is a busy mother of two and understands that women today have limited time to workout. With PILOXING and Julie's own signature, Body Boost Workouts, packed with cardio, strength and core exercises, Julie teaches the most effective 1-hour workouts around. Julie prides herself in creating a workout that is challenging to the super fit athlete, but also supportive to the beginner exerciser.
