These guys are AWESOME.  I called around to a few places before I found them and was completely impressed with their friendliness and professionalism over the phone.

When I went in, John worked with me very patiently to find a unit that fit all my needs (wanted iphone, bluetooth, old ipod compatibility, etc).  I got a great price on a Parrot unit and they installed it that day.

After a while I noticed some issues with the unit itself (not the installation) and it's compatibility with the iphone.  Because of the new iphone OS many features on the Parrot didn't work well.

I called Boomer and they said to come back in and they'd do whatever they had to in order to make me happy.  We inspected the unit, and they suggested we try a completely different unit, installed it that day, and it works perfectly.  No hassle at all.

Their professionalism and customer service makes all the difference in the world to me.  With any complicated service or product, things are always going to go wrong sometimes.  The sign of a great company is how they fix those problems, and Boomer did an awesome job on that front.

Your car is trying to tell you something: it's bored and so are you sitting in it for hours in Big Diggah traffic.  Let's face it, Boston traffic is a nightmare and so are the winters.  Why not spend those countless hours in your car being entertained, and warm?  Boomer offers remote starters, Ipod interfacing, video, and custom audio installations to solve the problem of car boredom.

I went to Boomer today and got hooked up by the owner, Matt.  He's cool as hell and traded my box, amp, and old 15's for some new speakers and an antenna.  That's right, I didn't pay a red cent and now my hoopty can pick up the pirate radio station 102.9 Choice FM and bump Tribe Called Quest.  No more shall I deal with one working speaker and no radio reception!

In the middle of 2009, I decided I needed Bluetooth hands-free in my Audi...after getting a loaner that had the hookup installed.  Audi assured me it couldn't be done, at least not with OEM components.  This led to my online search, which suggested a Parrot kit could be installed, with an aftermarket CAN to utilize the worthless buttons on my steering wheel.  I called and spoke with Matt, who invited me in.  We found the parts online, and the install took place that weekend.  It works, without a problem...going through my car stereo, and using the buttons on my steering wheel.

Looking forward to having Matt check out my car to see if we can get a remote start hooked up in it...and I'm entrusting him to put in a stealth sub in the trunk.

Matt runs a solid business.  His quotes are accurate, and his work is clean and as advertised.

I needed to transfer the sound system from my old car into my new one, and I'm glad I went to Boomer to have it done. They worked with me to figure out what my budget was and what the options were to accomplish what I wanted. There were certain speakers from my old car that wouldn't fit into the new one, and they gave me a great deal on options that would make sense. I made an appointment for Thursday morning, and by the end of the day on Friday they had installed four speakers, two amps and two subs--and that's after running into a few hiccups with my old equipment. I worked mostly with Matt, and he's a really solid, down to earth guy to deal with. I'd definitely go back to them in the future.
