Bonito Michoacan

Wow, what a fantastic market and food destination. I was in for a quick lunch based on friend's recommendations and this was a fantastic experience. I do not speak Spanish what so ever and at first was a bit intimidated listening to others order. The menu is in Spanish and English so that problem was diverted. I had to point at a couple items to order and the ladies working were very accommodating. The food is out of this world delicious. Well seasoned, tender, and a large portion. I ordered the asada and pollo on a plate with beans and rice. Added some onion and cilantro then headed to their salsa bar. A word of caution BEWARE OF THE ORANGE SALSA!!!!!!! HOLY COW, HOT. All of the salsas were delicious. I found out they have an additional store with restaurant closer to home than this location. Love to music, smells, and atmosphere of the store. It was loud, vibrant, and full of life. Thank you too the staff for assisting in getting some items from the grocery, and to the kitchen staff for a great lunch. If you are looking for that one restaurant the makes your head sweat just a little, your nose run but from good food and seasonings, this is your place. FANTASTIC!

Mexican food served up fresh buffet style. Everything from tacos to tamales, burritos, quesadillas.... they have something for you! Love that you can add topings and sauces yourself after you pay. Ample seating area even on a very busy Saturday night. Beer available as well. Before or after you eat you can checkout the on site store for groceries, fresh baked items or household goods.

This place is always my to go tacos. It is located inside Mexican market. They have varieties of tacos meat, bowl and soup. The food is very authentic. Staff don't speak much English, but they can follow body language. Tacos used to be $1, but now it's $2+, still affordable comparing to other places. The amount of meat is generous and the quality is unchanged.

Best mangonadas! Nice spicy thick chamoy, fresh mango chunks and delicious sherbet not just your average shaved ice.

There are two locations, but I have been frequenting the location in Olathe, KS! They are located in a grocery store, so you can get your food fix, get a Tropicana ice cream bar, and other grocery goods all in one place! The store also offers meat in bulk and also has bakery goods!

I usually go for taco Tuesday where the tacos are $1.50 each! You pick what meat you want, and they get topped with chopped cilantro mixed with onions. Then there's a small bar with sauces and more toppings. The meat and all the toppings are delicious they also offer other dishes and combos such as tamales and tortes with sides of rice and beans. Definitely check them out if you're in the area!

Amazing tacos, good salsa bar and the store portion has a lot of Latin staples I use for cooking. The butchers are helpful too and have good prices. I got an asada, birria and Al pastor taco, all were delicious. Only gripe is that the birria had several little bones in it, would probably get birria as a side but not on a taco next time. I plan on trying the tamales soon!

Anyone that gives this less than 5 stars is a liar or went on a day that was busy idk, if you want to feel like you're in Oaxaca city come here. I can't wait to go back and try everything else I'm gonna be honest I can't remember what I all got but that spring onion was amazing. I didn't get to trying the jalapeño but can't wait to chop that up and put it in my eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend.

I always order tacos from here whenever I'm catering for the family! They always get my order right and the portions are great for a good sized family meal!
