Wasn't qute sure what to expect. I had been told it was good for little kids, but not big kids. I imagined it something like the old Nut Tree with fun trees a d a few rides.
Was pleasantly surprised! The kid rides are better than the ones in the nickolodean section at Great America, but also more spread out.
The bird show was awesome. We saw a condor with a 10 foot wing span fly over the crowd! It was a hot monday afternoon when we went so the heat sucked, but there were hardly any people there, which made it fun. Many rides are only open half the day so the best bet is to go like 12-4, you get the best selection that way.
Lots of great flowers and trees. Two actual rollercoasters- though we didn't go on them. I would avoid the monorail- rickety rickety.
If you have little kids this place is awesome! Expensive, but awesome. The grounds are meticulously kept to the level of Disneyland. Our kids can't wait to go back.
