It was fantastic! As for the first person to review this restaurant, it's supposed to be an Indian interpretation of Chinese food. It says that right on the cover of the menu, in case you couldn't tell from the name BOMBAY Chinese. Anyway...
The waitress was extremely sweet and helpful. The food was amazing. I had the ginger paneer, which was heavenly. They originally screwed up my order and brought me the "Chilly" paneer, which was covered in peppers. I'm pretty sure that they just took it to the back and took the peppers off, then added the ginger sauce, because it was pretty spicy, but still extremely delicious. I will definitely be back there!

Chinese food like my mom used to make.

Its true.

Tons of random dishes that sorta evolved on their own with Chinese community in India and strong influences from various regional cuisines of India.

At once very unique and tasty. I think it beats the "China Cottage" in Toronto suburb, and Masala grill (Fremont, Ca). Menu is definitely more expansive. (4 pages long) with a section on standard ("Indian bistro fare") oooooh, if there is such a thing? Well there should be, and thats where Tikka masala et al should be put.

I'm going back there again today.

I think I have sampled just about every dish (well may 80%) of the menu. And its a winner. stop by a desi bakery shop nearby, they've got decent pastries there.
