Review from Ruth K.
Owner Leslie Frank is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Definitely knows one's body, what's going on, and what you need. You can't always exactly "peg" a place's atmosphere, but I find it quiet and restful, a respectful workout place with an obviously significant service to those with special needs, always tailoring to the customer's circumstances and requirements. Whether Pilates, physical therapy, group classes, or other modalities, this is a truly wonderful place. I love it here.

This is a friendly neighborhood studio with its own parking lot. Yes, a parking lot. They do exist! I take pilates there and I've noticed myself sitting up straighter and paying attention to my alignment in everyday life, which is nice. My instructor, Olivia, is very adept at explaining things in a way that that is clear and easy to incorporate into the body.

Bodyscape is the best. I highly recommend it to anyone for physical therapy or pilates. I have only worked with Leslie Frank, the owner, and have recovered from back surgery and knee replacement with the best instruction, variety of workouts (so you don't get bored) and she gives you her complete attention. She noticed my balance was off and worked on that. You could not find a better place to go. If there were ten stars I would rate it that.

This is a comfortable facility with great number of equipments and great and friendly staffs. I torn my calf and went through a therapy session here with Leslie, the owner. She is patient and caring. She carefully listened to every details of my injury and designed a workout routine specially for my case. Over several months of working out, I'm able to recover and gain 100% of my strength back. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in need.

A few years ago Bodyscape really helped me manage neck shoulder and lower back pain pain and stiffness due to chronic disk problems. I had also developed numbness in fingers and leg pain. I had suffered this for several years due to lack of exercise and bad posture at the computer. Though small in stature and weighing 99 lbs. soaking wet, I was out of shape. It all cought up with me. After a few months of working out with one of the their therapist and Leslie at another time I started to feel like the Bionic Women. People asked if I was working out. I even began to hear the Rocky theme playing in my head while I exercise. Now when I fall back into bad habits I review my notes and know what to do to fix myself while reflecting on the cheerful encouragement I always received. My insurance had no trouble covering it and I have recommended it many a friend a family member. I especially loved the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Every part of the body gets a work out at the same time. At first it looks intimidating but then you conquer it. It is a matter of just pulling your own weight. Occasionally I drop in to just say hello to Leslie Frank the owner and creator of this wonderful establishment. I just to reaffirm my appreciation and keep in touch.
Keep up the good work people, your talents and commitment to health are much needed in this 24 hour a day world. -

Great space - clean, organized, good equipment, nice light, and high (silver!) ceilings. Olivia O'Hare is a gem of an instructor - she brings knowledge, experience, and humor into every session. I'm new to pilates, and she does a great job of explaining/demonstrating movements, making modifications if need be, and pushing me to try new things. Seems as though every class is different, which I absolutely love.
