I work in the same business park that Body Techniques is in & must say that over the years I keep going back to them although usually that is when I can take the back pain anymore. I've had massages all over,  The Claremont & all through Napa/Calistoga and have to say that they are one of the best.
Two weeks ago, I went in for an appointment with Tracy and found her to be very attentive to what my issues were. She was very kind, used the right amount of pressure and even gave me advise on ways to stretch out. Had gone back to see her this past Monday and was just as happy with her then as the first time, will be going back in a couple more weeks for more.
Not only are they in a convenient location, parking is super easy, they are all real nice, the rooms feel like a real spa even though they are situated in an office complex and the pricing is even better. Highly recommend Tracy

I've gone a few times here and they are always kind and thoughtful. The receptionist is really helpful and the massage therapists are pretty good. i've been massaged by dora (i think that was her name, small asian lady) and mike-h (female). What i liked most about both of them is they were checking in on me making sure the pressure was good..and that's really important because certain areas you want more and others you want less.. they really aimed to please. I'd say go and treat your mom out while your at it! don't all moms deserve a little extra TLC?

also the price is pretty decent. i like this place.

I purchased a 90 minute facial from Groupon which I booked with Tammy. It was fantastic--thorough, gentle and relaxing. The products are all natural and organic with gentle fragrances. I highly recommend Tammy!

I returned three months later for another facial as well as a massage from Tammy. She is equally talented as a masseuse. Wow! I highly recommend her for both services.

    Update:
Angel no longer works at Body Techniques but there yet another fabulous person to go see -- MIKEH!!!!  She does deep work and is very skilled at finding just where your body needs some TLC.  The beauty about her is that she does deep tissue but has a very healing quality to her.  Very rare find and combination for a good deep tissue rub down.  Go see her and you body and energy force will be happy.

Another fantastic Groupon deal for yoga classes at Body Techniques.  I'm always on the lookout for classes that fit my crazy schedule so this place works out great for me as they offer a good balance of morning, afternoon and evening.  I think the instructors are really good, as good as many I've had at Piedmont Yoga or Seventh Heaven.   I plan to continue coming here long after my Groupon deal is used.  So great to have more yoga options in Alameda!

I love this place! Yes, it's a little weird since it's located inside a business building, but once you step inside their office it's like a little oasis.
    Reasons why I love BT:
Affordable, high-quality services (tried massages, facial, yoga strengthening class)
Awesome massage therapists (tried Mikeh, Dori, Kim, Pom, and Amber)
    Easy parking
    Great, accommodating business hours
    Online reservations
    Friendly front office
Right across from the Raiders HQ  which is fun to see if you can spot one (my massage therapist has worked on some Raider players)

I'm an intense athlete, so this is my go to place when my body needs some tender, loving repair care. We are fortunate to have such a great place such as BT in the East Bay.

    12/18/2011 1 Check-in Here

Came here with my husband on a google deal and we were both very glad we did it.  First of all, their online appointment booking system could not be any easier.  Every service place should have something like this.  It made it easy for me to see all of their availability without having to waste both their and my own time in having to call and have them read all the times they can take me.

Unlike some other services/restaurants that I have redeemed through various coupon offers, they still treat you like a regular patron without the google deal.  They treat you and give you the same service as a full paying customer, very smart of them for client retention.

The massage itself: I got Kylie for a deep tissue and man, did she get into those muscles.  Usually I get deep tissue because the swedish massage is like an oil rub and I needed something more than that.  She really got into those muscles and found knots and worked on them for a long time to get the kinks out.  She used her whole body for the force and worked with her hands, arms, and elbows.  Needless to say that I didn't fall asleep in this massage as it hurt a little at times, but it was the good hurt that I know will be worth it tmw when all my muscles have loosened up.  Definitely recommend her for those who can handle a true deep tissue.

My husband got Meri and he also highly recommended her for a swedish massage with hard pressure.  He said although she only spent a few minutes on his feet, her technique was amazing.  She also showed that she really cared about overall muscle relaxing rather than just getting his massage hour over with.  She noticed that he has an extra bulging muscle on one of his calf and asked if she can spend less time on his shoulder and more on his leg to fix that muscle.  It was harder than she thought to loosed so she massaged him for an extra 15 min over the hour that we booked for!

The staff here is super nice and all really know how to truly massage.  In terms of my credibility, I'm a huge massage junky and get an average of one to two a month and have tried many different kinds.  So I definitely have had my share of amazing and horrible massages.  I can say this place is very  legit.

As for the atmosphere, some people have critiqued it being a cold office building- I mean yes, it is in an office building but they work really hard to make their waiting room very peaceful.  Instead of normal waiting chairs, they have 4 of those sharper image massaging lounge chairs, I was very impressed.  The massage rooms themselves are just like any other massage rooms- very peaceful with candles and decor, soothing music, and a heated blanket on the massage table.  You just know coming in here that you arent going to be at a spa like Burke Williams, so you can't expect that.  And you shouldn't because their prices are very reasonable and you definitely aren't paying Burke Williams price.  This place is a therapeutic massage place, not a spa- they never advertised to be that.

My only critique is I would like for them to use some therapeutic massage oil/lotion.  Maybe something that smells nice like lavender as they only use non scented lotion right now.  When you are relaxing, all your senses heighten and something simple like smell can really make all the difference.

I bought a Living Social $77 offer for a yoga class, massage and facial. I booked my appt. on 12/20 (my birthday). I wasn't able to do my facial until Friday since the esthetician wasn't available but they let me split up the services since it was my b-day. I went to my yoga appt and got there 15 min early. The yoga teacher (Karen) saw me and told me to check-in. I checked in and went back to the yoga class and she was gone! The front desk gal (very nice) called Karen up and asked her why she left. She said she thought I was a sub?? So my massage wasn't scheduled until 1.5 hours later so I left. I was so upset my birthday was ruined; especially since every year I get a massage on my b-day and I drove 40 minutes for this!

I rescheduled all 3 for Friday (today). When I got there the masseuse was running 20 min behind (scheduling too many people back to back). I waited patiently and Tracy, the masseuse, was fantastic. Then I waited again for the esthetician because she was behind. Then when getting my facial the power went out!

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I enjoyed my facial and massage. I will never go back after what I experienced. They never offered to rectify the mishap on my birthday, eventhough I asked. There were people waiting (including myself) both times I went and the lady at the front was too overwhelmed answering the phones, taking appts., processing payments and checking people in. They need MORE people at the front desk!

    Don't bother.

Yes, there are tons of acupuncturists in the greater Bay Area, but HAMID MALEK MEDANI IS WONDERFUL!

Put this in perspective...I got a few things going on medically speaking and went because of a Living Social voucher.  I decided to try Body Techniques out because it's right near my house and knew that if I didn't have a good experience here, I have plenty of other options.

I have several medical issues going on right now (read "a complex case") and Hamid takes it all in stride.  He's knowledgeable, kind, patient, accommodating, & gentle.  It's obvious that he truly cares about the whole person and that he wants to affect positive change.

After that first visit, I decided to buy a 5-visit series.

I've been there 4 times now & he really helped me with an acute back problem.  There is no doubt in my mind that he helped me recover weeks quicker than if I had let it resolve on its own.  He has given me very real pain relief.  No exaggeration.

Because of the real results/evidence, I just bought a 10 visit series to continue my treatments.  What else needs to be said?  This is a ton of money I shelled out because this works.

Oh, one last thing...no doubt I am misspelling her name, but Lakinda at the front desk is so warm & pleasant and Austin the owner is really fantastic too.  When I walked in there with the back problem he inquired what was going on, made some great suggestions and just made me feel cared for.  These people are great!

I was introduced to Body Techniques through a coworker, who organized a work outing for massages. Upon arrival, I was kinda surprised at the location, as it was located in a business facility (so finding the place can be a little tricky). There were plenty of massage rooms, so we barely waited before we got started with our massages.

Overall, I had a good experience at Body Techniques, and it was truly a bonus to be helped by such a friendly staff. My massage therapist was very professional, and continually checked in with me to see if the pressure was ok. It was a bonus to receive a follow-up thank you email the day of, as well as a phone call the following day.

They offer a variety of services- massages (Swedish, deep, sports, pre-natal, etc), acupuncture, facials, yoga, facial products. The website was easy to navigate and very informative. Not to mention, they have great hours too!

My boss wanted to provide free 15-minute refresher massages for everyone on our team in San Jose.  This came out to 200 people and roughly 50 hours of massage time.

I contacted Body Techniques and they gave competitive rates.  What really put them above the other places we talked to was their online booking system.

Our company was given our own link to send out to employees who would then be able to schedule and manage their own appointment times.

The therapists that came were for the most part, nice, clean, and friendly.  As will all massage therapist, quality changes greatly between 2 therapists, so I can't include that in my review.

I'd recommend them if you're looking for an easy solution for corporate massages.

This review is for their corporate services, not for the location services. So, I'm not sure this is the right place for it, but here goes.

I've been fairly impressed with the quality of their massage therapists, as far as technique goes. While this isn't the fault of BT, I kinda wish the screening process looked for a couple of things. Since they are representing BT, it seems appropriate.

First off, the therapists have a difficult time showing up on time or even showing up. Being a therapist on a corporate gig is hard - I get it, because there aren't a lot of people willing to jump in. I was a massage therapist for nine years and I know it's tough. But when people sign up and count on you to show up, do it. If there is a cancellation, knowing about it ahead of time sets my (the client's) expectations appropriately. I've had twice where they hadn't shown up and twice where they were late - and this is a once-ever-two-weeks gig.

Second, don't text when you're giving a massage. Don't play with your cell phone, don't engage about my life. Let the client decide who talks and who doesn't. Some clients are chatty-cathy's but others, not so much. The texting or fooling with the phone is really my main beef.

Lastly, I'd really like it if the payments could be processed at the time of the service or within a few days of it. Right now, they seem to take anywhere from two weeks to two months to be processed. When something goes through on my card, I have no idea which massage it was for. So, the delay in CC processing is... annoying.

I do have to say that Austin is highly responsive and does call and contact and follow up. Like that a lot. I just wish the corporate massage therapists had the same great work ethic.

Really don't like the location. Such a pain to get to. You know it's bad when they advise people to leave plenty of time for getting lost. It's in an office building and they do a good job of creating atmosphere, given the circumstances. My guy Nick did a fine job but he lectured me too much and found it annoying.

    Updated - 8/17/2011 Purchased a Yelp Deal

I like to think there's a protocol both to writing and to responding to a YELP review (I recently came to this bit of brilliance when my cat groomer was freaking out & asked me how to respond to a bad review). I like how in Vegas, Yelpers often add their qualifications at the end of their reviews - I actually wish Yelp would make that part of the form. And I try to revisit (in person & on Yelp) a business that responds constructively to criticism (it's someone's livelihood, after all).

Let me say, Body Techniques knows how. The morning after I posted my mixed review of our couple's massage, the owner Austin sent me private message apologizing for my disappointment, explaining some of the limitations of their environment, and inviting me to contact him. The next day he followed up with a phone call. Now compare that to a certain masseuse whose reviews I'd been reading who posts public objections to every single critical review (and there are many); it's like being on the playground listening to 2 kids battle (Am not! Are too! Am not! Are too!). Uh, here's a tip: if 2 out of 3 people find you rude, I'm guessing that contradicting them on Yelp isn't going to make them find you less so.

Back to Body Techniques...so, taking advantage of the current Yelp offer, I scheduled Swedish massages for myself and my sister-in-law. When we arrived, Austin was nervous about giving me the same masseur again, but my sister-in-law wasn't comfortable having a man do her first massage so took the masseuse. (For some reason, they didn't have her fill out an info form.) Anyway, Pom the Sequel was terrific; we were each warm enough in our respective rooms; and it was one of the few times I've seen my sister-in-law smile. E-ver. (That alone would have been redemption enough, but Austin gave me a 30% credit for 2 future massages. Now, that's a response!)

Another cool thing about this place that I forgot to mention in my first review: absolutely no pressure to tip.

Yes, its a very casual atmosphere, and at first it seems a little odd to be taking your clothes off in a business park (like you're going in to work for some sort of rubdown)...but the location is how they're able to keep prices so low. Very nice staff, awesome massage, what's not to love?

This place offers great marketing promos as they are active on Yelp and Groupon. And even without the promos, the price is still reasonable.

Pom is awesome. I've had 3 other massage therapists to compare. He and Mui are my favorites but Mui only does yoga now, I was told a few months ago. Pom gives killer shoulder and neck massages. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better after he spent what seems like hours on my tense shoulders, he would work on my neck and just gives this amazing massages, loosening my knots. I like it firm but not to the point that I'm about to pass out and Pom gives it just the perfect amount, using a combo of Swedish + deep tissue + Thai massages.

He is the reason why I keep on coming back. Although I have yet to try Tracy and Mikeh based on other reviewers' comments.

I purchased the yelp deal for my husband and I.  I'm so happy we did this.. Location note:  Body Techniques is on Bay Farm Island in Alameda.  It's basically across from the Raiders' building.

My husband's massage therapist was Mikeh and mine was Lauren.  We were both very pleased with our massages.  We're newbies to this so we weren't sure what to expect.. I asked for pressure that wasn't too deep; but at times I was thinking "yikes".  I just relaxed and went with.. In the end, I felt like my tensions were released and the knots were worked out.

Their prices are so reasonable compared to other places.  They also have great deals--check out their website for details.

Fabulous!  5 stars all the way!  First, this place was definitely hard to find - luckily I gave myself plenty of time to get there.  Once I finally walked in the lobby, I  was greeted and had no issue using my Yelp deal.  I was mildly surprised that there wasn't some sort of medical waiver to complete, but I have only had one other massage (well, professional massage, heh) in my life so maybe this is the norm.

My massage therapist was Alicia B. and we started right on time.  She asked what areas I wanted her to concentrate on - I mentioned that I tend to clench my jaw when stressed so I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain resulting from that.  She knew exactly what to do and went straight to work.  Just the right amount of pressure and some light conversation.  I actually felt myself dosing off a few times and even started drooling at some point.  Heavenly.

My only issue came sometime in the middle of the session...the oil she applied was super HOT.  Ouch!  When I yelped (heh), she apologized and remedied the situation but it did take me out of my zen state for a moment.

Near the end of the hour, Alicia said she would like to keep going, as I was still very tense .  She said she would continue with the massage at no extra charge - SAY WHAT?!?!?!  If I wasn't sold on this place before, that did it.

I walked out feeling like the weight of the world had just been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you Alicia!  Hope to come back soon.

Having had chronic neck and shoulder pain for the past 20 years or so, I am to massages like a junkie is to drugs.  I get so much tension and pain around my neck and shoulder area that sometimes I can't think about anything else but how to find relief from it.  So, when Living Social had an offer for Body Technique, I decided to give them a try after seeing all the glowing reviews here on Yelp.  I booked a time and was randomly assigned to Alicia B.  It was a stroke of pure luck!

Alicia just happened to specialize in the neck and shoulder area.  When I told her of my problems, she got right to work on my problem areas.  She employed MFT or myofascia therapy, a targeted manipulation and stretching of muscles around trigger points.  Like I said, I've had a LOT of massages in the past.  Some were okay and some were pretty good while I was on the table, but no one really made progress in relieving my long term pain.  I knew immediately after my first session with Alicia that I felt better.  It actually felt like she got deep enough into those knots and tight muscles and had 'changed' something.  She worked hard and I was sore for a few days but I knew the relief from pain and the relaxing of the muscles she achieved wouldn't just be temporary like all the other massages I had gotten.  I booked my second appointment for the following week immediately.

Now, after three sessions with Alicia, I am 90% better than when I first laid down on her table.  I no longer feel pain on a regular basis.  It is nothing short of amazing!  After living with the knots and the tightness for so long, I thought it was just a part of me and that massages were a temporary feel-good measure.  However, with Alicia's hard work, I am optimistic that I will gain long-term relief and be rid of my pain-in-the-neck once and for all.

In case it wasn't clear to you, I highly recommend Alicia B.  She is professional, attentive and obviously gifted in massage!

As for Body Techniques, the facilities are large, clean and well-maintained.  However, it's a bit tricky to find so plan on some extra time to find the place the first time you go.

Cannot say enough in this review ~ Thank you Tracy !

Got a groupon (or was it Living Social?) for a 90 minute acupuncture + 60 minute massage package.  I got a 60 minute massage for the fiancé.

The acupuncture with Hamid was okay.  I think he was a bit at a loss with what to do with me b/c to be honest, I'm fit as a horse and in excellent shape.  Okay, not really - but my biggest ailments are cold hands, cold feet and being hungry all the time.  I really didn't give him a lot to work with.  He was professional and courteous and if I did have problems, I would visit him more regularly - but it's hard to fix what isn't really broken.

I had a massage with Pom who was great.  He combined techniques of Thai massage which incorporates some stretching which was just what my achy muscles needed! He was also sensitive to applying the right pressure. I later tried to do similar stretches on the fiancé but only made him wince in pain.

Location is a bit out in the middle of nowhere - but there is plenty of parking and despite being in a business park - the rooms are still made to feel serene and cozy.  I would definitely come back!

Signed the hubster and I up for an anniversary couples massage at Body Techniques.  I was a "professional" massage virgin and had no clue what to expect so I guess that was the best way to go into it.  The online scheduling is super easy and way helpful for newbies.

The location was not hard to find thanks to the warnings of previous Yelpers and my husbands great Google mapping skills.  It is literally the building next to the Raiders building.

For being in a corporate building the office was very zen with comfy chairs and water fountain.  Austin was helpful at the reception desk and so were all the employees that stepped in and said hello as they were at the desk.

One of the masseuses was running late so they assigned Mikeh to my husband and I had Lauren.  The room was dim with relaxing music (duh! I would hope so), but I loved that the bed was heated.  Oh it felt so nice!  We both loved our massages.  There were times where it was a little more pain then I expected, but she was working out some major knots.

Next time I'll do an early appointment and plan to go home and shower after because my hair and body was all oily afterwards.  I'll definitely come back for another massage!

When I first came to Body Technique about a year and a half ago, I was in love. I took advantage of a first-time client discount for massages, so it was really cheap. I left feeling like I was on Cloud 9. Compared to other places like Massage Envy, Body Technique offers way cheaper massage services.

I went back yesterday to take advantage of a 20% discount they offered within 2 weeks after my birthday. I booked a 75 minute massage with Dory. Dory was amazing. She immediately started off by asking about problem areas that I would like for her to concentrate on and if there were any areas to avoid. I'm a sucker for anyone who pays attention to small details so I knew that I would definitely be booking with Dory again. She applied the perfect amount of pressure. I would definitely come back to Body Techniques in the future, but there are a few things that I would pay more attention to for my next visit.

There seems to be no communication between the receptionist and the massage therapist. My 75 minute massage was cut down to 60 minutes because, well, I'm assuming Dory had no idea. The massage had put me in a very generous mood, so I didn't feel like making a scene.

I approached the receptionist after my massage and she told me that I was "all set" since I had paid before the massage beforehand. As I mentioned before, I'm a sucker for small details so this was a huge turn off for me. I told her that I wanted the difference back. She offered no apologies and only thanked me for my patience while she went to go get my money. An apology would have been nice. A future discount would have been even better.

Also, during my massage there was people talking right outside my door laughing hysterically, which I found to be very distracting while I was relaxing. It bothers me that I would have to request for components that I thought would be standard in this type of business like a quiet environment and receiving what I actually paid for.

I would come back here again if I need a Swedish massage, but there's nothing here that ties to me be loyal to this place. Overall, I would recommend this place to others. Dory works wonders; just make sure she knows how long your appointment is for.

I've had two great massages here with Alicia and Liz and both do not disappoint!  Both are great! Alicia has a very firm pressure and Liz is a little bit less firm, but was awesome awesome awesome!
Yoga classes are also very good here. Classes are smaller, but teachers are top notch. Turn off of harbor Bay Parkway at the raiders building, and it's then the first immediate right.  Best deal for your money, top notch therapists and instructors, and great parking. It's a gem!

I've been to Body Techniques twice now.  I had a Yelp deal several months ago, in which I had a massage.  The massage was good, but it felt more clinical than spa-like.  Nothing wrong with that, but always good to go in with the right expectations!

I went back in July for a free Yoga class.  The Yoga class was actually quite nice and felt more spa-like than gym-like.  The teacher was super friendly and patient/instructive for those of us who are new to yoga.  I would go here more for their yoga classes, but my gym offers yoga for free, so you can't really compete with that!

I would definitely come back here, especially if presented with yet another great deal!

WOW! I never thought getting a massage would feel this good, but my god does Mari have a gift! She truly has a gift with finding the spots that have tension not to mention she even finds it in place I never thought I was tense in to begin with. Even when I first arrived the young lady who is their receptionist (oh i forget her name..sorry) was super nice and very well down to earth...I told her that it was my first time getting a massage and seemed excited because it is something to be happy about...anyways she told me just to tell Mari if she is adding to much pressure then to let her know and I did and even Mari got excited that it was my first massage...I cannot express that Mari is great at what she does for someone who is young, she knows what she is doing and actually enjoys it is wonderful I can't wait to see her again...yay!!!

4.5 stars on this place, I really was very happy with my massage here.

    Pro's:
    1) You can book online!  And it works really well.  I made my appointment on Friday at 11:30am or so...for Saturday at 10AM!  Less than 24 hours in advance and it worked like a charm.  There even was a way to request your masseuse, and indicate if you were using a Yelp/LivingSocial offer.

    2) The massage itself was top quality.  I was so sad it was over.

    3) The atmosphere in the rooms is very serene, and you can't tell that you're in an office park.

Only con I experienced was that I did hear conversations right outside the door multiple times.  I kinda wish they would have had their conversations over in reception or the waiting area, but then again, I kinda don't care.  It wasn't that loud.
EDIT: I've been told now that all the rooms are being sound-insulated so this will not be an issue any more in the future.  Hooray!

Next time I need a massage, I will be back.

What can I say?? Another fabulous massage.

I had my first swedish massage today with Mikeh. She was great! Before we started she asked the typical questions, what I would like done, pressure, and what to focus on and what to avoid. During the massage she would ask how the pressure was and asked if I was comfortable. That was nice.

I also appreciate that they met my request that I asked while booking on-line to have a room away from the reception desk. It can get a little busy and noisy with people coming in and out. The $10.00 off coupon was also a great incentive to come in.

Thanks again Mikeh, you made my weekend =)

I've been to Body Techniques for two massages (swedish and hot stone). Liz Valdez was my massage therapist for both services. She is very professional and knowledgeable with various body issues . She was able to provide the perfect massage pressure in relieving my pain, knots, and problem areas. I followed her suggestions of staying hydrated with water to wash away toxins. I did notice a big difference and improvement in my body. I recommend Liz and her service is totally worth it!

I'm very, very picky about body work - I've had lots, and it's hard to impress me. Mikeh is amazing - very knowledgeable about muscles and trigger points and how to unlock the things that made me go ouch. I feel much better, even after only one session!

The business park area is odd, but was a lovely discovery - lots of quiet flat streets I'll also be visiting for cycling and running! Body Techniques, I'll hope to be seeing lots of you!

This place is pretty awesome. Good massages for a good price. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, it's not a frilly spa place, but solid services all around and the massage therapists are good at what they do. I have tried a couple of different people (because of scheduling convenience on my part) and have had good massages with all of them.

Oh, Body Techniques, why are you located in such a bizarre area? I thought I was driving to the airport at one point, but nope, I managed to find this place alright... it's located in this business center, so there's plenty of parking. Anyway, I purchased a Yelp deal back in December and never got  a chance to use it until recently... and oh boy, I was super glad I bought that Yelp deal!

Thank you, Mikeh (pronounced "Mike-H") for giving me an hour of relaxation and a much needed deep-tissue massage! I haven't gotten a proper massage for quite some time, so I have really tense shoulders and neck from work-related stress and anxiety. Anyway, she was able to work them and loosen them up. I'm also ticklish on my lower back area, but Mikeh was able to accommodate and work around that. I felt extremely relaxed and calm after my hour session! I was one extremely happy customer.

This place is definitely not your typical luxury spa resort with fresh fruit platters and fancy robes. However, it's clean and quiet... and it's the type of place to go and get some serious massage done! I can't wait to go back again. :o)

Wonderful service.  I've been to them twice, and both times with different people (Pom and an Intern) were outstanding.  Austin, the owner is extremely welcoming, and professional.  I highly recommend this place.

For a clean, legit place not located in some city's Chinatown, this place is remarkably inexpensive.

If you buy a monthly membership, the prices just become outrageously affordable. That only makes sense if you get massages, like, every week, but still.

If you buy massages in packs of five, they become $50-something per hour.

I had Tracy. She was fantastic. I read through all the driving related posts, and I had a GPS, and directions, but I still got lost. Give yourself an extra 20 minutes on your first appointment. You'll be glad you did.
