Our furnace was not working properly so I looked for a heating and air conditioning company on Yelp. Lucky for us we found Bob Jenson!!! They did what they said they would and didn't try to overcharge us. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I called in Bob Jenson A/C & Heating to work on an issue with my furnace that two other companies could not/would not solve (see review of TL Services). They were friendly and professional from the first phone call. When the technician, Simon, arrived at my home, he actually listened to my explanation of the problem. That was important since it was an intermittent problem. He then took his time trouble shooting, even going onto the roof to inspect the vent (something the other companies could not do since they did not even bring ladders with them.). He then identified the faulty part and replaced it with a temporary part he had on hand. He initially said it would take a couple of days to get the exact part. After making a phone call, Simon informed me that he was able to locate the exact part in town and asked if I had time to wait while he went to get it. Since I had been dealing with this furnace issue for about two months, of course I said yes. He was back in about 45 minutes with the part and installed it. The furnace is now working fine!
A footnote to all this is that due to my home warranty, Bob Jenson had to communicate with them in order to get the approval to do the work. Simon was patient when calling them and understood what needed to be included on the paperwork in order for me to get reimbursed for the work.
I can be a "tough customer", and many companies talk about good customer service. This company truly practices what they preach. From the friendly phone service, to the e-mail with the photo of the technician (a nice security idea), I highly recommend this company. -

Bob Jenson's AC and Heating installed our system 4 years ago treating us like their own family. We got great value and expert professional help. The purchase included twice yearly visits to check and service our system. The installation and each visit since has been exceptional with friendly phone calls to arrange the visit, an email notice with a picture of their technician, a phone call to be sure we are ready for their visit and a professionally done service appointment.
This is one of the most friendly and professional businesses it has been my pleasure to use. I highly recommend them, fully five stars, excellent. What a great group of people!
