I couldn't believe what a find this B&B was! I was trying to find somewhere near Chatham to stay, but everything seemed to be way out of my price range. This was not only in my price range (it was during peak vacation time when everything is through the roof!), but also included the best breakfasts I've ever had! It was amazing-fresh berries and vegetables from their garden, and freshly squeezed OJ, not to mention really good coffee.

We stayed in the sunset room, which was very spacious and quiet (you could never tell it was located on a main road) and had AC. There was also a little sitting area, separate from the bedroom, a mini fridge, TV and a radio.  The only downfall about this room is that the bathroom is located down the hall, but we didn't have a problem with that whatsoever.

Lori and Tim were very nice. They were easy to talk to and willing to tell you anything you needed to know about the area and about their backgrounds, which was really interesting.  Their dog was very cute-I took an instant liking towards him.

I am looking forward to coming back. It's not to be missed!

This place was a gem of a find.  A small, privately owned B&B (with only three rooms!) right in the center of what is now my favorite part of Cape Cod.

Initially my boyfriend and I had planned on staying in Hyannis, however after having a disaster of a hotel experience, the BF suggested going to this part of the Cape, if we planned to switch hotels.  We came across this place online, and booked the rooms.

One of the owners is a professionally trained chef, and he prepared three fantastic meals for us during our stay.  We got to meet their dog, Kona, who we became very fond of during our stay.  The rooms were clean, quiet, and pretty, and there is a private entrance for guests.

Specialties

The most unique aspect of this B&B is the breakfasts. Tim, as professional chef/ owner, creates everything from scratch, using only finest local garden & farm ingredients. The B&B is also unique in that "it is not grama's house" as many guests put it. The style incorporates great antiques, some made of old barn wood, with new furniture and fixtures, to create a comfortable, clean and relaxing setting. This is one B&B will you will not find flowery wallpaper and lacy curtains. Instead, the colors are muted and pleasant.
