Blue Sail Inn
5 reviews for Blue Sail Inn
Although the building is older, the room is relatively clean for its price. We got the internet deal for less than $100 during a weekday. There is complimentary continental breakfast, as well as a hottub overlooking the Morro Rock. The check-in building is across the street from the main building.
The bed is not the most comfortable I've been on, but considering the location, overall I am happy with my stay.
Had a double queen with balcony + bay view. Friendly staff, lots of towels and a decent continental breakfast. Nice little observation deck. Walking distance to pretty much everything in Morro Bay- from the embarcadero to our favorite bar and breakfast joints. Reasonable prices. We'll stay there again.
Not the most fabulous place I've ever checked into. I had a king sized bed with an ocean view. The room was across the street from the main office. While the room was very clean, it could use some updating. It was nice to have a small frig and a microwave in the room. Great location, you can walk to the boardwalk. I felt very safe, no problems there.
I stayed there on the Friday before Memorial Day, and my room (with tax) was $170.00. For $170, I would expect an updated room.
Nothing wrong with the place, I'd probably go back, but not on a holiday weekend.
Very cozy and reasonably priced hotel in beautiful Morro Bay. Walking distance to Embarcadero where the quaint candy shops and seafood restaurants of Morro Bay are located. My family and I booked an ocean view room with two queen beds for $109 a night. We could see Morro Rock from our upstairs room. Free continental breakfast--cereal, toast, coffee, teas, bagels, muffins and danishes. It was my first visit to Morro Bay, but I can guarantee you it won't be my last!

This is a very cozy Inn... and the weekday rates are very good for its location... its about a block from the boardwalk and the view is amazing when you book the 2 queens ocean view room... i went there in the middle of august so the weather was nice and you get the nice ocean breeze throughout the day and night... they also had a free continental breakfast with a variety of muffins, danishes, breads, bagels, cereal, coffee, tea, juices, and milk... plus the hotel service was remarkable, i asked a staff member at the counter if she knew how to get to this one park, she never heard of it so she asked me to wait while she contacted the chamber of commerce to get the correct info and she even printed out the directions for me =O
