Blue Sage Realty is known for doing whatever they can to remove all of their critical reviews online and then post fake ones in their place.
For example, on Yahoo! Local, their reviews were all bad except for the fake ones which they posted:

Notice that they edited the company information so it would stop showing up in search engines! Instead they created a completely new listing to avoid having old reviews attached to them:
http://local.yahoo.com...
Based on their very unethical and immature ways of skirting their own bad reputation, I would never do business with them. They should own up to their mistakes and try to correct them rather than trying to suppress people's bad experiences.
Positively terrible experience. We were treated like garbage by these people.
Found a place we liked, sent our application, got approved. Asked if the A/C (which had been disabled) worked, they said yes. Asked if we could get it in writing, they said no. Asked if we could have a 1-month penalty-free check for the apartment to make sure the A/C worked, they actually kicked us out.
"I'm rejecting your application. Get out."
Appalling. In the end, I'm glad, because after shopping around some more the place we were going to rent from them was overpriced (found a better place for cheaper in the same neighborhood), but I'll never work with these people again.
