Review from Lindsay H.

Erin is amazing.
I recently moved to the area, and was in need of an acupuncture expert! The space is quiet and tranquil. The table is heated which is a nice touch and the music helps you relax. I'm terrified of needles and can't even look at them, but she is so gentle you barely even feel them go in.
I left feeling relaxed and restored. So happy I found her. -

Erin provides quality, effective acupuncture treatments for a wide variety of ailments!
I was always squeamish about needles, but Erin's usage of Japanese needles makes the acupuncture experience a LOT easier- she is also intuitive, very friendly and works in a beautiful environment.
I highly recommend Blue Peacock, especially if you're new to acupuncture. Or, even if you're more seasoned, I bet you'll be very happy with your treatments! -

Erin is as good as it gets. She has moved closer the Fremont/Wallingford area and has a great little courtyard office location.
I have given Erin all kinds of complaints; from muscular, to sinus, or just plain stress, and she address them calmly and professionally.
My results are great every time. I especially like her use of tuning forks in my sessions....good vibrations to say the least!
I like her automatic email reminders and online scheduling option, though I always schedule right after my appointment because her methods work so well for me.
Just call her already! -

I have seen Erin for a variety of health issues during the past two years; ranging from the common cold to neck and back pain resulting from a car accident. I have been absolutely amazed by the effectiveness of her treatments. She even treated and cured a bladder infection (in ONE treatment) that had been plaguing me for weeks.
I had a fear of needles and fairly strong skepticism about acupuncture before seeing Erin, both of which have been totally dispelled.
Erin is professional, kind and calming; all things that make a visit to her clinic a pleasant and relaxing experience. Her treatment room is extremely clean, well decorated and quiet.
I definitely recommend Blue Peacock Acupuncture to all my friends and family and hope that many more people have the opportunity to see Erin and experience first-hand the incredible results. -
Review from Rachel G.
I have been seeing Erin for almost a year now and am always impressed with the quality of service and treatment she provides. I always feel like the priority when I'm in her care and her gentle approach and effective treatments has kept me coming back to treat my stress, migraine headaches and hyperhidrosis. I absolutely love that I can schedule online and that I get emailed appointment reminders. I know that Erin is always taking classes and seminars to keep up with the latest in her field and I am so lucky I found her!

History
Established in 2008
Blue Peacock Acupuncture was started with the idea that acupuncture should be a comforting and relaxing experience for everyone. This is achieved through the use of a highly skilled and certified practitioner, a quiet and calming atmosphere, as well as a comfortable heated bed with sheets (not paper), a gentle hand, and full attention to each patient. In addition to being skilled in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Erin is also uses the highly effective Dr. Tan method which tends to concentrate on points mostly below the elbows and knees.
The goal of Blue Peacock Acupuncture is to give the best results possible and at the same time making acupuncture an enjoyable and positive experience for all.
Meet the Business Owner: Erin D.
Erin graduated with a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University. She is a licensed acupuncturist and a Board Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture through the NCCAOM.
She has completed many internships including the chronic fatigue clinic, international clinic, and HIV clinic at Harborview Hospital, Caroline Downs Family Medical Center, Highpoint Medical Clinic, and an extensive internship at Bastyr Center for Natural Health.

Erin prefers to use gentle Japanese needles in her treatments especially for patients who are sensitive, or nervous about needles. Along with using moxa, electro acupuncture, herbal/nutrition therapy, and cupping she also may incorporate tuning forks to calm and relax as well as enhance the effects of acupuncture treatments through sound and vibration to the acupuncture points.
