This is hands down the best dry cleaners I've ever been to. The owners are the sweetest couple, and are always happy to see me. It's amazing how they remembered me after only going a couple of times.
I'm usually the one that drops off and picks up the dry cleaning for the bf & me, but one day he dropped off the dry cleaning and he swore they remembered me by just my phone number. True enough, when I went to pick up our dry cleaning a couple days later, they asked me if that was my boyfriend who dropped it off, and the wife told me that he was a handsome man. EXTRA POINTS!
They've been open for a while now, but their "Grand Opening" sign is still up. Good thing too! It gets you 30% off the dry cleaning services. Oh, and if there's a lot of clothes, the husband will always make extra trips and bring them all to your car.
The only downfall is that the shopping center is kind of difficult to get into (it's the shopping center where Natale Thai is), but they have two designated parking spots just for them in the front that I never had to wait for. I think it's worth it- their genuine kindness and awesome prices, especially for the area = DOUBLE EXTRA POINTS.
This people broke buttons on a vintage sweater, left a black stain on a yellow organza shirt, and they can't remove smells out of clothing. They ruined some of my clothes. I was so upset that I now have to find new buttons and hopefully someone who can remove that black stain. I didn't even want to go back to complain or say, "Hey! You ruined my clothes." totally sucks. :(
I've lived in the area for 3 months now and am super impressed with this dry cleaners. You get Beverly Hills service and quality for not-Beverly Hills price and attitude. They are the nicest people and their service and attitude is top notch. Great prices still as the 30% off grand opening special doesn't look like it's going anywhere. For no additional cost, the wife fixes all my broken buttons and she even sewed some extra buttons on a shirt at my request for free. They haven't lost or misplaced any of my clothes and all my clothes have come back looking perfect.

Very nice people reasonably priced but the parking lot is no good. :)
