I've only been to the Blue Goose once, but based on what I ate, I don't think I'll be going back. I always hear people talk about how great it is, so I was disappointed. Their queso was like lumpy velveeta cheese. Their guacamole was probably the worst I've EVER had, it was worse than the stuff you buy premade at the grocery store. It had the strangest 'whipped' texture. The cheese quesadillas were a little like cardboard. The margaritas were so-so. The waitress was nice, and competent to my memory, so that's one good thing I can say. The atmosphere was fun. But the food was truly awful!

The best Carne Asada Tacos ever! The portions and quality are amazing. There's really nothing on the west coast that I can find that compares.

One of the best happy hour deals in Dallas! $2 frozen margaritas and some pretty d*mn good quesadillas (get the Blue Goose ones with mushrooms). VERY fast for lunch or dinner and attentive waitstaff.
I would give it four stars but the parking is very limited and with Snuffer's next door, it makes it even harder to find a place!

I'm moving TX from Boston, MA and a friend who lives in Addison suggested we go to the Blue Goose for dinner one night. . .it was delicious, exactly the kind of Mexican food that I have been craving the past few years that I've been in Boston. The margaritas are great, the beer is cold and the salsa is delish. . .I think I finished a whole cup of it on my own! We loved the chicken cream cheese enchiladas and the tamale and flautas are also good. My friend thinks the brisket tacos (limited supply each day) are incredible but I didn't try them. I think what makes this food so good is that the ingredients are real quality ingredients, you can tell they're proud of their food at this place. The service is great too though I will say that you should try to avoid the bathrooms. . .they're not very clean!

Tex-Mex at its best. This place serves not great food, but man are they FAST!. I go allot at lunch and it feels like only 2-3 minutes go by before they are already bring our food.
Prices is good as well. I recommend the Steak or Chicken quesidilla

Blue Goose has succeeded in being the place where I can feel at home, enjoy some amazing Tex-Mex and relax. Any dish made with their mesquite grilled chicken is to die for. I'm particularly fond of the Blue Goose quesadilla. It's the chicken, fresh baby spinach, and some other ingredients. It's phenomenal.
Come in, grab a beer or margarita, unwind.
