This place is AWESOME! We ate the country spaghetti there one night and it was enough to take to the hotel to have for the next evening's dinner. The next day we returned for lunch and the ladies at the store recognized us (if you've never been to Tunica, I am sure they knew us right away as non-locals).
They have a great lunch special - lunch buffett with salad, a drink, and the day's dessert or a scoop of ice cream. Comes out to about 12 bucks with tip!
Overall, friendly staff, good food and good atmosphere.
A cool restaurant to stop into for a quick meal. The decor is cool but definitely aging, got that whole "southern restaurant on the side of a kinda traveled road down" to a science. My Dad and I were there for breakfast, which was good but not great, nothing to really write home about. They do make their own donuts there on site, in which my Dad partook and he echoed what we thought of breakfast: it's aiiiiiiiight.
I'd probably stop in again if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't be in a real rush to get in and order, heh.
Some of the best confort food I've had in a long time. We were gonna give it a 4 but then we had the desert. Every needs to go right away.... unless you're a health nut.... In which case you should run full speed in the opposite direction... and we'll feel sorry for you.
