621 E Pratt StI eat at Blu Bambu weekly. I love the stir-fry bar. It has a wide variety of fresh veggies (broc, carrots, cabbage, bok choy, zucc, celery, green beans, squash, etc.) as well as tofu, noodles, and nuts. I usually ask the guy at the grill to add curry for an extra kick. I'm kind of in a rut, so I can't comment on their other menu items. I have only two gripes. (1) A vegetarian trip to the stir fry bar costs the same as a chicken or beef trip. I can't figure that out. (2) They recently replaced their good reusable plastic carryout containers with styrofoam clamshell containers. Bad move.
