You may be wondering "Mansion? I've seen larger houses on MTV Cribs!"
Well keep in mind the history behind this place, it was built in the 1800's. If you're into history and the whole general learning type of experience you get from venturing into museums, you'll most likely enjoy this place.
As much as I enjoy this kind of stuff, I'm simply from a generation that has been spoiled by enormity. The size of this place means there's only so much you can see and do and as such I found it was a rather short lived experience.
If you're like me, who's passing through and are an AAA member then give it a quick stop as they give you a discount (even if you're not the admission is a minimal $5).
