Refined venue that blends Classic and Modern Steakhouse vibes (fresh flowers at the table, comfy booths and tables). They have great Happy Hour and other unique specials. We enjoyed the Ribeye (ordered Medium by my dinner guest), Steak and Shrimp, sautéed mushrooms, Oysters, and the best calamari I've had in quite some time. Tasty drink cocktails as well. Chocolate dipped macaroons to finish it off. Jay our server, gave us the VIP treatment. They also have Private Rooms available for special occasions. If you haven't tried this place, I highly suggest you do. The current staff if awesome, and obviously so is the food. I'll be back soon! Uploading the pics has me drooling.

I had a really nice meal here, which is located inside the Hilton. The steakhouse is not your average hotel restaurant, in my opinion. The service, steaks, sides & cocktails were really fantastic. Highly recommended!

Came here for a work lunch. Pretty quiet at the time. We had a good waiter and he kept it pretty quick for us. I got a grilled chicken caesar salad (a classic go to for lunch) and it was good.. nothing outstanding. I probably would not come here unless it was for a work event though.

Was here in a business trip last week
This restaurant is located in the hotel.
We were a large group of about 60 so let's just say the restaurant have their hands full lol. We were basically given a choice between two fish, entrées, and two steak entrées. I chose the New York over the filet mignon.
We were served some steak cube appetizers along with some crabcakes. Both were tasty along with the entrée. We were served broccolini and lobster mac & cheese. Also both very good.
My only complaint was, I felt my steak was a little bit more cook than I had anticipated or asked for. I didn't know when you're serving 65 dinners at the same time it's hard to get it all right.
We also get multiple desserts. The staff is very friendly and I would go back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - KSU S.Alexandria, VA375143Jan 7, 2023
This is a solid 4.5 stars...from service to food, we had a wonderful experience. First off, the presentation of every single item was top notch. The crab cakes and creamed spinach were especially delicious. My hubs really enjoyed his Denver wagyu. I had the flatiron, which was not as good but still quality meat. I got the blue cheese crust, but I think the server just accidentally forgot. No biggie...there was a nice butter in the outside. Wrapped up the evening with a new nonalcoholic coffee concoction (on the menu) that was tremendous.
They have a nice Saturday date night menu for two with a bottle of wine, app, 2 entrees, and dessert for $100.

Decent for a hotel steak house! Great service though. First time in Minnesota and staff was great

Party of 10 tonight. Five of us who ordered steaks. Only one of the four was cooked to the requested order. One steak was sent back not once but twice. The third iteration was the worst. Honestly if you're batting 0.200 it's time to hang op the cleats. Two stars for good service and decent oysters. All else from the sides to the French onion soup ranged from minimally acceptable to relatively decent.

The food was delicious! I had the salmon and my husband hat the sirloin. It was one of the best salmons I've ever had. The steak was also very good. Our server was top notch and was fabulous with our kids.

We truly enjoyed our complete dining experience here! Michelle was friendly and attentive. We are working on a low carb food program so this was the perfect choice for that. Michelle noted that and did not bring us bread. We started out with the shrimp cocktail appetizer, which had nice size shrimp. For our meal, we shared the NY Strip MedRare+, which was seasoned and prepared to perfection. So juicy and flavorful. Our sides consisted of the mushrooms and asparagus. The mushrooms are truly the bomb when it comes to sides. Their side offerings are heavy on the potato sides, always wish for more veggie choices. One other wish is to get sides as a single order instead of only family style. I can only eat partial of the large order and my hubby does not eat mushrooms, therefore we always end up leaving so much food on the table because we are always flying out the next morning.
Even if we are not staying in the hotel, the Chophouse is worthy of a special stop! The food here is at a different level!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Terry P.Chicago, IL1630415Nov 24, 2022
We booked Thanksgiving buffet. The reservation requires payment in advance and no refund
A decent amount of parking spots outside
$130 for two. The area you enter is congested and has no real waiting area. People crossing through doorway of customers waiting to be seated with plates of food. Chaotic
Three hostesses doing their best to get people seated at the time of their reservation did well
There was no plan to eliminate crowded doorway provide a host to direct patrons back from the buffet through bar area to get to the front dining room
The line to eat was slow and should have been set up with two lines: premade salad and portioned fresh shrimp to expedite the pokey ones dilly dally at food plates
The hot food line was also one sided and slow
Some food pans needed refilling and a double sided buffet to speed service. I did not see any rolls and butter. Someone should have been tending pans and serving to expedite the line
Atmosphere nice near buffett. Crowded front dining room as you enter
All staff were pleasant
Atmosphere is nice
They had chefs cutting prime beef and Turkey. Food was good not excellent. Dressing very good
Dessert area was stocked with pumpkin pie over baked; pecan pie; tarts and whip crème; cookies
Server was excellent to get drinks from bar and water. Drinks from bar separate tab. Hot coffee free on request
If I went again it would be right at the start when food is really freshHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
