NO STARS NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to love blockbusters online package, but then they changed my contract terms and forgot to tell me. Okay, so I called the customer don't care line and they basically said too bad, if you want it back the old way were gonna charge you more.
So I canceled. Still had a movie and a tv show dvd here. Had to have them back by tomorrow, sent them a week ago, they still haven't gotten them (although on there website they say they have), so they charged me $45. Called to complain and once again they didn't care at all. Basically coped an attitude and asked if I knew when they were suppose to be back. Not my fault the mail is slow, and you weren't suppose to charge me till tomorrow, and if i thought that it would have taken over a week to get your stupid movie i would have gone 6 blocks to the actual store and turned them in that way. And isn't their shipping center in San Jose? WTF?!? And their online site says they received the movies yesterday!!!!

With the advent of Blockbuster's Total Access program, one can rent movies, just like Netflix, but return it to a local B&M Blockbuster for quicker returned notification. With each return submitted to a B&M, you get a free in-store rental, which allows you to have a movie checked out locally, while you wait for your next in que to be delivered to you. In some instances, you can get a movie delivered to you the next day (the day after is more likely). Having access to both online and local selection provides more options to actually finding the movie that you want to watch. And like Netflix...keep the movie for as long as you want...just pay the monthly access fee (which varies depending on the # of movies you want to rent out at the same time). Love it.
