Note to self: do not get my hair done here...
Massage: I would have to give it two stars. I was not really excited about it and I just wanted it over with.
What I'm rating on is the facial. They use Aveda products, which my face does well with. They do great extractions on my pores and when I was finished, my face looked great. My face looked amazing afterwards.
It's on the pricey side, but I felt that my face was worth it.
I love this place! They have great hair dressers, excellent nail techs and a very nice spa. :) I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family in the future.

Sorry to the girls who had bad experiences there. I have never had a bad experience. Yeah, the receptionists can be a little spacey, but that's not what I'm worried about. I'm worried about whether I have the most fabulous haircut in the universe. And I do.
Juliet, one of their longest employed hair dressers, is a doll from London who has been cutting my hair since I was four years old. As of course, we've developed a relationship, she is incredibly intuitive when it comes to cutting my hair. However, she is so talented, she doesn't even really need to ask what I mean, but delivers what I was thinking of. For that, Bliss deserves all the stars I can give them, for I will always know that I can get the best cut there.
While i was seated in the waiting area the owner's daughter was talking with the receptionist 3 feet away from me and making fun of my coat, glancing back at me occasionally and tittering.
Enough said.
I have to admit, if my stylist had not left her old salon to work here I would not have given it a chance. I've only been there twice so far, but both times have been good. My stylist is great and she takes care of me as soon as she sees me in line so I haven't had much interaction with the receptionist aside from making the appointments. Everyone I have talked to on the phone has been great though. They even called to let me know when my stylist had called in sick, to save me the trip of heading out there in the morning. It's very spacious and clean. Some services can be pricey, but from what I've seen so far, it's worth it.
honestly the worst spa i've been to. The massage was awful and unrelaxing. When i called for an appointment I asked about the sugar/salt exfoliating treatments, and the receptionist was unable to answer any of my questions. The manicure was good, i can't remember the name of the woman who gave me mine though so the one star goes directly to her. My boyfriend was with me and they dipped his hand in parraffin without giving him time or asking him to take off his watch. A totally unrelaxing waste of time and money. I have no idea how they are still in business.
