One of the three sidewalk resturants on Rittenhouse Square. I'm not impressed with the food although the drinks are good. Probably the best thing about Bleu is the people watching without the pressure of fitting in at Rouge. I almost gave it a third star just for the fries, but couldn't given the let down from the rest of the food. If you go, be prepared to be unable to stop eating the fries.
