I just love this place. The owners taste in wine parallels mine well enough that most recommendations they make will be a big hit. They have great monthly tastings that make for a fine afternoon outing. Friendly people and good conversations during the tastings - all free - along with some laughs. Problem is, we always buy after we try, but at least we know what to expect when we open a bottle at home. Always a treat to visit! Did I mention they also sell chocolate and cheeze? My other fav food groups.
This is a great little find of a wine shop on the connector road between Harpswell and the Islands. It's got some great Italians and French, good beer selection (quality not quantity), and a friendly proprietress. There are all these quaint, little specialty shops that are popping up more and more in this area of Harpswell and as someone who usually spends a couple of weeks up here, it's nice to see they are doing well.
