Bits & Pieces Premium Ice Cream & Desserts

We were there 2 days after the official opening of this ice cream and dessert shop. By the looks of the crowd, I think this place is going to make it. The ice cream and desserts are handmade by the owner. The shop is brightly lit and decorated in fun colors. The shop has a small seating area. The menu is posted on large chalkboards and offers about 10-12 flavors of ice cream, typical ice cream desserts, cheesecakes, pies, shakes, floats, soda and coffee. We had a group of 4 and everyone was very impressed with the flavor. My mom liked the pumpkin flavor because it "wasn't too sweet", my sister had pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, nephew had oreo ice cream in a bowl and I had carmel apple ice cream in a cone. Prices were very good, shop is cute and the customer service was good. Their facebook page has good info on shop hours which are a little odd at this time. They offer several items to go including pints of ice cream and whole pie. We'll be back for sure!
