I do not claim to be a wine buff by any means, but I do like to drink the stuff, so every time I go to the Whole Foods in Harbor East, I can't help stop in Bin 604 to pick up a couple of bottles.  Bin 604 has a large, always-changing selection of wines that range from as low as $10/bottle to really high-end fancy stuff.  The staff is really friendly and make great suggestions that fit your taste and budget.  They always have a selection of "bargain wines" that won't break your wallet but still taste great.  Several times a year, bin 604 will host wine tastings that usually cost around $30, but you get to try a lot of different wines, and you also receive a coupon towards the purchase of one of the featured wines that evening.  Bottom line: great selection, convenient location.

I figure since I panned Chesapeake Wine Co. I should explain why I switched to Bin 604.  Ok, so convenience was a major factor.  I go to Whole Foods a lot and Bin is right next door.  I have to say if Bin were somewhere else I probably would still go to them .  The staff is so helpful and friendly.  You can tell they are all very passionate about wine and they are never condescendin to people who don't have their level of expertiese.  I have always gotten good bottles at reasonable prices.  I look forward to trying some of their classes in the future.

This wine shop is conveniently located right next to Whole Foods so it makes food shopping much easier. Great, fresh food and high quality wine all in a quick stop. The staff is very friendly at this shop and they have a wide range of wines from local to import from cheap to mucho expensive wines. The only thing that I wish that they had is some sort of data base in the store that keeps track of what the customer buys so that they can look it up in case the customer forgets the label (there was a wine shop in dc that did this and they were awesome--they even would email when similar wines came in so that I could go taste them).   All in all for selection and for knowledgeable staff this store earns 5 stars.
