I went to Billy after Herve gone!! Surprise surprise for me he did magical works. My haircut was so beautiful. Actually the most beautiful haircut I have in the last 25 years!! I had someone cut my hair like this when I was young but than I moved to Honolulu. Billy is an expert in hair. I used to have haircut in Billy Fong studio but never with Billy himself. Omg!! Worth any pennies!! I love love his work. Billy is a hair genius!! He knows where my wavy hair goes and he works to enhanced it!!Yes I will be his customer forever!!
So Billy Fong!! If you read this, I love you and your work!! You are truly genius!!

Very unpleasant treatment by owner Billy today , just waiting outside in the heat for color to take , even there is plenty space in and everyone has mask on . No star and they just lost a good client. Wouldn't recommended this businesses to anyone at this point .

8034424566May 20, 2016Perfect cut.... You can tell you have a perfect cut when you do absolutely nothing to it and wake up looking awesome a month later. Billy Fong the owner of Billy Fong studio B has been cutting hair in Honolulu for a very long time. He does the best cuts period. I wash my hair, I don't even blow it dry and it always looks perfect. The studio also does color, straightening perms , regular perms and is located on the top floor of where Hee Hing restaurant used to be on Kapahulu Avenue. Parking is $1 downstairs. Billy knows how to make your face look great with hair as its frame.

Don't be fooled by their Instagram, the girls there are young, overcharge and don't really know what they are doing. Billy has 20+ years experience and has continued to train himself on the newest coloring techniques in LA. He is the best in Hawaii in my opinion.
