The Billiard Center came under new management and they have made a TON of renovations and more are planned for the future. It was a huge change from last year.
The place is clean, updated, and was remarkably improved. The place is even better than many other pool halls I've been to in St. Louis or other cities.
The wait staff and bar tenders were still very iffy on experience (didn't know how to make a lot of basic drinks), but the food was good and cheap. If the upcoming renovations come through as well I can see this place becoming a very major pool location.
