Stopped in at Bill Batemans Bistro after my dad said this was the place to check out for wings.

The service was good mainly because we went at 3pm on a Thursday so there was nobody there. But to be fair the bartender was real nice and our food came out quickly.

Wings was all I had so its all I can comment on. I thought they were decent but I guess I expected a bit more of a place that specializes in wings.

Don't confuse this with me not liking them, since I would surely go back here to try some other flavors.

If you come to Baltimore - go to Bateman's and get the Old Bay Wings. No excuses!

The Parkville Bateman's is about 5 minutes drive from my house and I occasionally stop by to get a bite there. My favorite thing to order is the Honey Mustard wings, but I've also enjoyed the Original Buffalo and Old Bay wings. If you get the Naked Wings, don't talk to me - you may as well get Fried Chicken - it tastes fine, but it's always exciting with the sauces.

Essentially, Batemans is a bar and a great place for Happy Hour (sometimes there's free Tex-Mex). The entity is known as the "Home of the Best Buffalo Wings in Town" so most of the other menu items are relatively sub-par and taste like greasy bar grub. Personally, I haven't enjoyed the entrées that much - a few years ago, I didn't mind it, but it may be that my taste buds have changed or the quality has dropped.

Nonetheless, I recommend you try the wings.
