I just stopped over there this morning before the Lake Stevens triathlon to get some help with a rear tire problem.  I walked in, told him the problem, and he said - "ok - let's take a look."  Went to my car to help me get the bike, fixed the flat, and tightened the gears for no extra charge. ($9 total)  Very basic shop - does mostly tires and small jobs from what I could tell, but lots of personality.
