My family and I love to eat together, and that's one thing we can look back on with fond memories; all the great meals we have shared. One of our favorite places to get a good home cooked Granny's kitchen type meal is Big Daddy's. We have been frequenting there for a couple of years now. I haven't been since I've been back in Ga., but my fiancee works around the corner so he goes at least once a week. He has gotten my mind fixated on some of that chicken and dressing, cabbage and cornbread, sweet potatoes, and banana pudding. I have not had a bad meal there, but I am watching the rich foods right now. when I go, I will just get a veggie plate, and share the pudding with my daughter. I will have my fond memories to satisfy me of times past when I didn't care how much weight I gained this week.
You get a meat and three veggies I think, and they have some great slices of cakes and pies to satisfy a sweet craving. This will be my October splurge, in honor of my son Brandon's 18Th birthday.
