"Young buck..." While on business I got this nickname coined after dinner at Big Buck..there goes one star.
Pork chops were as dry as our waiters elbow pointing humor...when asked where the restrooms were..there goes another... an OK waiter overall..since he did make an effort to look around the acre size restaurant to look for Patron Silver...to be found...where? no where 15 minutes later!..and the last of the stars!
Not sure if this young buck will ever be back...Big Buck!
3/13/07 Update: Sources tell me this Buck just got caught..probably on its way to a the taxidermist.

A pretty nice brewery that is a popular hangout for pre- and post-Piston's game crowds. The atmosphere is great, not as gritty as Detroit or Pontiac spots and close enough to civilization (if you consider the Detroit metropolitan area to be "civilization") to avoid the redneck/militia crowd. The food has been pretty good for me, but not exceptional. I LOVE the stout, red, most of their other ales and some of the seasonal beers but I'd rather drink skunked Coors than the American style pilsners they try to pass off as beer. An awesome place to go with parties of 6+. The samplers are wonderful but please avoid those lighter beers.

Great steaks!!! :) yum.. okay atmosphere :) Havent been there in awhile.. since moving sooo not too sure how there doing now
