This was a staple in my Plymouth State days and continues to be one of the first things we do when back in the White Mountains visiting. Everyone we know does the balboa (garlic bread with lots of meat toasted). Decent beer selection (not so much on volume, but in quality of choices). Parking is a bit tight, but worth it.

Truly, this place is a 4. Service is fun and helpful, food tastes fine, beer choices are reasonable, and it is an atmosphere I like.
I just really do not crave a wrap very often. What I do like is a good trivia night. That would be enough to draw me in to buy a decent sandwich or wrap and have a fun night out.
Well, guess what....trivia was cancelled. The owners told the trivia host in the middle of a trivia night. Bad move,
So yes, I am a bit disgruntled. I will live. And I will bring my business elsewhere. -

I first ate here back in high school while looking at PSC. After that, any ski trip up to Loon or Waterville had to include a stop here. I always got the Italian grinder. Bierderman's had a fire halfway through my freshman year at PSC in 1992 and was closed the remainder of my time up there. I was so bummed.
While they were closed I remember the first time I ordered an Italian with everything from one of the pizza places downtown. When I opened up my grinder they put mayo, mustard and ketchup on it. I was horrified. That's not how you make an Italian! This made my longing for Bierderman's even worse.
Years later I've returned numerous times and the food is just as good as I remember. They have an awesome selection of beer on tap and a good menu. The atmosphere has a cool vibe to it as well. And yes, I still get the Italian when I go. Can't wait to get up there again soon! -

Pretty good. my 2nd time here. there sandwiches are very reasonably pricesd around $4 for half a sandwich and $8 for a full sandwich. their ingredients are all fresh. I really liked that they toasted the bread to a nice crisp. I will come here again when im in the area for sure.

I ate at Biederman's more times than i can remember throughout my college career. They have the best sandwiches I've ever eaten anywhere. Their products are fresh. Their staff is awesome, so kind and friendly. And their beer selections change with the seasons. I have tried most of their signature sandwiches and my favorites are the Italian and the Cellar Dweller. The Balboa is what almost all of my friends rave about, with extra meat and cheese on garlic bread. I visited Plymouth this past weekend and Beid's was the first place we stopped.

Scott and Patti have been serving up sandwiches and beer for many years. Once called the Cellar Pub, it was turned into a great deli and caters to the local college community...
I went to PSC in the 70's and was a sorority sister of Pattis...in 2005, I visited Plymouth and Patti was still there, servin up delicious fare and employing the college kids even though the place had burned once and had to be re=done.
This place is awesome! -

The place is the perfect stop-off for the adventure-seeking Masshole returning from the White Mountains or beyond after a day of hiking, skiing.
They serve a wide range of really tasty sandwiches and a great selection of beer for a quick refueling. And if that doesn't sound like reason enough, you should go check out the collection of antique beer trays and old album covers up on the ceiling joists. -

This is one of my favorite places to eat of all time. I discovered this place through visiting and attending Plymouth State University. They have a large selection of sandwiches and other foods that all feature premium Boar's Head meats. They also have a full range of beers on tap, which is always fantastic. I always get the same thing whenever I go. That is the Balboa, which you can have with any combination of meats and veggies. The sandwich is a toasted one, where the bun is garlic loaf (fantastic) I always get mine with ham, pepperoni and salami, light lettuce, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. I like to alternate between cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. This place is phenomenal! The only downfall is I wish it had longer hours and more parking, besides that this place is a 10!

Quality costs a little more but every sandwich is made from the best stuff and there is plenty to chose from to quench your thirst. Definitely worth the trip.
