Beverly House of Pizza

Has been my go to place since I graduated High School. Always the best quality food. Doesn't taste like fast food, but has a home cooking quality taste. Love their Grilled Chicken salads.

Although I don't live in the area anymore, I always make it a priority to stop by and grab something whenever I'm in the area.

Order the pizza with onion hamburger and green peppers and when the driver brought it to the house it had olives on it which were not ordered. Call back the place and the guy that answer the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful and refuse to make another pizza so they just lost a customer . I would not recommend this place if this is how they treat customers , without customers they wouldn't even have a business.

I was shocked at the initial $4 for a cheese slice.
But it was 1/4 of the pie, and cut in 2.
So it's $2 a slice, but you buy 2.
Flavor wise, it's so-so. Really not that good but not bad either.
If you're in a crunch and need a pizza fix, it'll do.

This is the best Greek-style pizza on the north shore and it's not even close. So if you like Greek style pizza, look no further than BHoP. I can't comment on the other offerings b/c I've only had the pizza but if they're anything like the pizza then they're great.

PRIOR POST: We've been regular customers of Bev House for years but may have to consider looking elsewhere. We just picked up our lunch order of 2 crab meat subs & not only is the bread stale (actually hard!) but there is less than 1/2 the crab meat usually in the sub! I called & let them know but they didn't seem concerned.

So, beware. Bev House is 'hit or miss'.

Against our better judgment we tried Beverly House Of one more time. Ordered a crab meat sub (which was always our Dad's fave sandwich here) but there was 90% bread to only 10% crabmeat!!!

if I could've given a zero star rating I would have. Unless there's a change in ownership, we'll not be back to Beverly House. AVOID BEING DISAPPOINTED AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

I've been a regular now for a couple years. The 'new' owners do a nice job. I find the food is consistent, very reasonably priced and delivery prompt. Pizza is good. And subs and salads are also good. They don't do anything great, but very solid food across the board. And I will continue to support them.

pizza was meh, and my friend got a basil pizza but instead of fresh basil like we wanted it was 10 year old dried oregano. We called and were promised a new pizza. We got a lot of resistance but finally got the free pizza which was ok. Don't try to fight with a correct customer ever.
Bad business.
Relax covid 19 is not a reason to get confrontational with a paying customer.

This is hands down our go to local pizza place. The pizza is so good, nice and cheesy with plenty of sauce to go with it. If you like skimpy cheese or toppings look elsewhere

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered from the online menu and a Buffalo chicken calzone is advertised as 12.50. After paying I check the slip and and I was charged 17.95. I ordered the smallest size calzone I explained when calling back and was yelled at saying it's my fault that I ordered the wrong size (which I didn't). I said over the phone the smallest size you have. They are advertising the wrong prices online and wording them correctly. What we received is not worth 80 dollars. A complete RIP OFF!!! The chicken cutlet sub was dry and didn't even have the cheese melted on it. Chicken on the salads were completely dry. Customer service was completely awful. Yelled at and hung up. Will never ever return or recommend this place to anyone. Especially for that price where I can get a large calzone much bigger for that price somewhere else.

My family and I have been ordering from beverly house for years and never had any problems till these past few years. They don't take pride in their food and could care less about how happy their customers are. They have double charged my credit card and it took so weeks for them to reimburse me. Now just to ight they messed my food up once again. Instead because they forgot to make my sub right they just added everything to the top of the sub cold when it was a hot sub. If you mess up on food for a customer and know you messed up I believe you should start from scratch and remake it for them right period. I don't recommend this subshop to even my worst enemy.

Used to be really good but it's going downhill fast. Got a pizza and it was soooo greasy. North Shore Greek style pizza is usually a little greasier than italian style pizza but this was like a swimming pool of grease on the pizza. Also got a chicken broccoli Alfredo dinner but the alfredo sauce had a strange sour taste to it. 2 stars cuz the staff is friendly and polite but I'm probably gonna avoid this place for a while. Too bad! Used to be great.
