scion nation was an event that was held at this hotel.
it was a weekend full of good memories that i have
for myself to keep. they closed half of the lot for the event
so that we can have the "show" without having random
guests at the hotel parking their cars between us. soo
that alone was very nice of them. i believe we got about
30-40 rooms booked for the weekend so of couse there
we a few of us drunk off our minds & causeing havoc.
they were nice enough to come to us & tell us to calm
it down for the other guests staying there. so keeping
the crazyness in the room was fine. they had a dinner
buffet as well & i didnt eat there myself cause i wasnt
going to pay $35 for the buffet & then find out there was
crap food. which i heard was the case. overall the hotel
was very clean & well kept, the hotel staff are pretty nice
as well. i just give a -1 star for the fact that they were
going to charge my bff for the smell of weed that was in
his room. its not like he/his gf smoked in there. it was
just the smell of it. i mean yes, they shouldnt have had
any but his gf smokes for legit medical reasons, she
has a card for it & no she didnt just get it to have it. but
for the simple fact that she needs it. anyway, it wouldve
been fucked up if they did charge her $150 for "smoking"
in her room. obviously they dont know the difference
between the smell of weed & the smell of weed that has
been smoked. anyway id say this is a good place to stay.
We had a family wedding here this past weekend so a number of rooms were blocked off just for family and guests and we got an excellent rate. Wedding was at 4pm and they let us check in at 1pm which was a godsend considering it was 101 degrees and husband had a black tuxedo to change into. The ceremony was in the outside courtyard which was very nice but yikes was it hot!!!
Our room was huge, bigger than the one we had at the Monterey Plaza, and very clean & non-smoking. Our window opened out onto the pool area (but no one was opening any windows with all the heat). Air-conditioning but no fridge. TV was older but worked well with a fair number of cable channels. Bed was really comfy and had lots of pillows. Bathroom was separate from a vanity area, which is nice if you have more than one person trying to get dressed and ready for a wedding. But again, my number one hotel gripe: why the cheap toilet paper? Ouch already!
Every staff person we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, especially the wedding planners. The Reception was in the hotel's Brandon's restaurant and the food was very good considering how many people had to be fed. My only negative comment was about the bar: when the ceremony was over and my nephew and new wife were having pictures taken, we all went to the bar for a cocktail. The line was unbelievable as there were only two bartenders (to begin with) trying to serve over 100 people - who weren't all wedding guests. I stood in line for one glass of wine for over 20 minutes. Hotel management should have planned a little better for that. By the end of the evening I think there were four or five bartenders tending bar so it all turned out OK.
Sunday morning we had a complimentary breakfast buffet that was very good. No omelets or waffles, which would have been nice, but they did have great fluffy scrambled eggs, mounds and mounds of bacon, country potatoes, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc., all the usual breakfast items. The wait staff were right there to fill your coffee cup as well as juice glass too.
Express checkout is a time-saver and we were on our way home by 9:30am. I'd stay at the Beverly Heritage again in a heartbeat. Very nice place with overall excellent staff. A gem of a hotel in Milpitas.

I used to stay in this hotel or put friends up in the hotel when I lived in San Jose a few years back.
Excellent to know, it's still as great as ever.
My fiance and I tend to stay in hotels when visiting family in SJ to avoid taking over their homes. LOL.
We called ahead to ask if there was a fridge in our room or if we could get one brought in before we checked in. Instead of charging us $10/night for a fridge, the clerk upgraded us to a suite for free which included a fridge and microwave. The extra space was nice but mostly went unused because we were only in the room long enough to sleep and gone the rest of the day.
Staff is excellent. Free continental breakfast with omelette and waffle station was amazing. Great deal and room for the price.
I would def. stay here again when I needed a hotel in the SJ area.
When we checked in at 10pm the lobby was overflowing with loud people. I thought for sure we'd have noise issues ad I began to second guess my decision. Our room was quiet and all of us including my toddler ended up sleeping in till 10pm because it was so quiet.
While this isn't a 4 star hotel, it was really nice. The rooms were very big and spacious. I wish the TV was bigger and updated. It was in an amoire that was impossible to see from the couch in our room. I stayed in the Premier wing which has a little pantry room. It's nice and has lots of free drinks and snacks. Honestly, the fact that I did't have to hunt for a convenience store at 3am when my 3 year old woke up wanting milk was a godsend!
We had breakfast at the buffet in the morning which was included in our package. It was good. The little waffles they made were delicious. The only complaint was that they seemed a bit short staffed and I had to ask a few times for things. The nice thing was I tried to leave a tip ad they told me not too. I guess they recognized the service wasn't up to par.
We did use the pool which is really nice. It was heated which was nice.
I would recommend this place to others and also come here again if I am in the area.
I have been staying The Beverly Heritage for the last four years. Almost every weekend. I just love what they done with the hotel.
There have remodel. Best price in that area. I have price line for this hotel . the price $42 To 50
This hotel is great! Gym, business center, friendly workers, spacious rooms. They even had a luau with free BBQ by the pool when we stayed there. Good location as well, there's a lot of shops and food joints nearby. This is a great place to stay if you have needs/business to attend to in the South Bay.
I like this hotel a lot compared to other places that I have stayed. The staff was really nice to me, I even had trouble with the A/C on the first day and they sent someone right away. I swear...by the time I hung up the phone...the guy was here.....awesome!!! The hotel itself is nice and cozy...typical hotel for a very reasonable price. I could not hear any noise from my room and pretty quite at night. There is also a really nice pool and restaurant at your service. I have to say that Breakfast was awesome, there is a special chef that make omelets in the morning "any way you want." The servers at the combining restaurant and bar were outstanding. Overall, I would stay here again!!

I wasn't a guest here but was recently at the hotel to attend a company event. We had several employees staying here so I can state anecdotal experiences but will not use it to skew my rating.
Hotel is located very convenient to 880 and 237, McCarthy Ranch, Milpitas Square, the Great Mall and the sprawling Cisco campus. An easy taxi ride to the airport and to our office in McCarthy Ranch. Adequate parking.
~ 5 stars for location
Lobby is charming, not too spacious - I didn't notice any bar or other facility where one can have an evening libation or wait for a guest - that makes it a little less desirable in my opinion as a business hotel.
Restaurant appeared detached from the hotel (you can get to it from inside but it seemed an afterthought).
~ 3 stars for the "integratedness" of hotel facilities
I did not get to evaluate the rooms or health club/swimming pool facilities so I will maintain a neutral ranking. I was told the rooms were spacious and adequate (but my colleagues were from Europe - people used to European and New York hotels don't need much to be impressed haha)
OK, conference facilities were great - easily accessible from the lobby, well marked, well laid out. The logistics (restrooms, outside access for the smokers etc.) are convenient and intuitive. Conference rooms were well stocked with writing materials, water (both bottled and tap water in jugs). The AV gear was average - less impressive than a full blown business hotel (but also half as expensive!!!)
Catered lunch was excellent (ceasar salad, meat and cheese tray, vegetables, assortment of breads, croissants and other baked goods, condiment tray and a dessert platter that I stayed away from. Nothing spectacular, just simple stuff that was fresh, presented elegantly and was appetizing to the eye and to eat. One really cannot ask for more in a catered business lunch - it delivered.
~ 4 stars for catered lunch
So, based on the above criteria, this hotel gets a solid 3 stars. Had I been a guest or had I eaten at the restaurant, I suspect my review might have been skewed towards 4 stars but for now, 3 will have to do!
3 stars

The lobby looked good, as did my room. Never have I seen any room that's decorated with well-lacquered wood furniture, nice top sheet of the bed, and a good selection of toiletry. And this hotel offers a single bed room for $99 normally. That's a good deal.
However, business center had somewhat crappy operation systems, such that I had to reboot a computer there a few times. Also, I was also charged for 800 number calls. Yeah, I would expect a local call be charged, but 800 number too? That's a little but annoying surprise. So don't get too happy staying here for a seemingly good value; you might be surprised how you'd get charged.

this is my fourth time to stay in this hotel rooms are nice, clean and comfortable dont take room 271 bathtub is clean but water takes time to go down
So I came here for an event this weekend. I can only speak about the conference rooms, but they were pretty nice. We used a room on the second level and the only real inconvenience was that the restrooms were on the first floor. But I didn't mind going down a flight. The lobby is cute. On the smaller side, but kinda charming. The hotel is in a nice location. I noticed the Great Mall was pretty close, but I didn't really explore the area. If I need a hotel in Milpitas, I'd definitely consider staying here.
I have stayed her a couple of times while traveling for business. Conveniently located next to the 880 and relatively close to the airport. Comfy bed, clean rooms, and free wifi...paper and coffee in the morning, no annoying little kids running around. Fitness room was very clean and the equipment is very current.
The staff are really nice and helpful. I pricelined it for $75/night during peek season...not too bad while the Holiday Inn was pricing at $160. I like this hotel and will look for it when I return.

I found this place on Priceline-- cheap!
I hate that I can hear everyone through the walls... Kids, people talking, tv, sex! All I wanted to do was sleep.
Front desk people are okay. A lot of business people stay here. I like the bathroom area-- light sensors. On, off, on, off... my husband was getting mad that I was acting like a kid with the bathroom lights! haha oh well.
I didnt stay at this hotel, but we did have a catered lunch. They offered such a great variety of food Its very rare that you can go to a hotel and actually enjoy a good vegetarian meal at these types of lunches.
If you're looking for a great venue for a business event that will offer variety for all different diets, this is the place to hold it.
They are currently renovating, but the place does have a lovely charm.
I really liked this hotel for some reason. Maybe it's that I booked a room here for $42/night on Priceline. Maybe it's that they had free high speed Internet (though it wasn't wi-fi in the rooms, I had to plug in). Maybe it's just that it was a comfortable bed and I needed to sleep. Whatever the case is, I was a happy traveler.
Have stayed here twice recently and been satisfied both times. This is a hotel for business travellers, people who want a quiet night's sleep and coffee and a newspaper in the morning. The rooms are nicely decorated and have been quiet when I've stayed. Portions of the hotel (the public areas) are due for a facelift, but the rooms are in great shape. Quality level is about on par with Hilton or Marriott. Location in Milpitas is good, right off the freeway and only minutes from either SJ or Fremont. Best thing is the fact that you can always get a great deal through Priceline, especially on weekends.

I had my family in town and put them up here for 2 weeks; super comfortable beds, nice pool, free wifi; good deal all around as out of pocket (PriceLine package) was ~$45/nite for a rm w/2 double beds assuming a cost of $300 for roundtrip tickets PHL-SJC.

there are like zero outlets up in this biatch. but it's clean and no lil kids. it's like in the middle of a business park sorta so it's easy to miss. but yeah. free wifi is available in rooms if your room is close enough to the pool. so far so good. no food vending machines. close to great mall and mccarthy ranch. king bed, work desk, sofa bed. rusk toiletries. $50 for a saturday night on priceline.
