Betty does the absolute best manicure in Mill Valley. I am so happy and can't stop looking at my nails, which are perfectly shaped and have that elusive better-than-natural look that everyone covets but is so rarely achieved.

I have been getting by with mani/pedis at other nail shops in Mill Valley but I am now devoted to this intimate, immaculate space where Betty takes a personal interest in her customers-- both personally and nail-wise.

Call ahead for an appointment. Betty doesn't rush people through and she has lots of devoted fans clamoring for time slots and bring cash for tips if you're using a credit or debit card.

This place is a gem.

This is by far the best place for a mani/pedi in Mill Valley.  I am a real stickler for cleanliness and in the past I always bought my own tools along when I was getting my nails done.  I don't need to here.  Betty uses sealed tools for each client.  She does not re-use her foot scrubbers (in fact she will give you the foot scrubber after the treatment if you want it).  They take their time with each client and my nails always look fab after they are done.
The space is very relaxing and modern looking.  They have comfortable spa chairs... definitely call ahead for an appt as Betty is busy.

My first time here.  Came with two girlfriends for birthday mani/pedis.  When my friend called to schedule an appointment, she was told they aren't open on Sunday but how many people did we have?  We told them the three of us for mani/pedis and they said they'd come in for us.  That was great!  The place is small, which I like, and clean.  Both of the women that worked on us were extremely nice and the mani/pedis were great.  
Slight downside was that my friend also got her brows waxed and they took a bit too much off on one side.  
But for the mani/pedis, the whole experience was great!

Betty just opened her new location at the end of July.  Its a cute spa.  I discovered Betty's when I was searching for a nail place in Mill Valley to get my nails done with my Bridesmaids.  

I looked all over Mill Valley and I kept finding with the other salons there was either a high min. service purchase or a small cramped space.  

When I called Betty 's, Betty herself answered and was extremely nice and accommodating.  She let us bring in wine and appetizers.  The place was clean and had nice big spa chairs.   It was the perfect room for me and my entourage.  I was even clumsy enough to drop a bottle of nail polish and it shattered on the tile floor.  Betty was REALLY nice about it considering it was her brand new floor in her brand new shop.  She even said don't worry about it, not a problem I will take care of it.  Wow that's customer service!!

What a great place with a great owner.  I can't wait to go back again.
