Who wants to give an ER five stars? Unless Dr. Alex Karev is working then I would give them five stars. I'll give them 3 stars because it's pretty filthy in this ER, I've been to it several times with my Papa. I really think the people working here get five stars, however, the wait to get a bed is ridic!
So, I'm gonna go with three.
My ER experience was interesting. I went to the ER twice and both times the staff was somewhat friendly to me, depending on who you get you might have a pleasant experience or not. One thing I did not like which seems constant (talked with another ER patient) that they do not inform you on what's gong on during your stay. That you have to constantly ask them, and even then they don't know. I had to have my mother call in and ask because I wasn't getting anywhere and even then they told her one thing and told me something completely different.
I would only go back to this hospital because they are up to date on techonolgy and procedures and if I needed surgery I would feel comfortable here.
I just had my first doctors appointment with Dr. Glenn Kehlmann at 637 Washington St. in Brookline. I thought Dr. Kehlmann was nice enough, he has pictures of his kids all around his office. After I met with him he walked me to the room where he was going to perform my physical. The room was not the cleanist, the trash was overflowing, the floor wasn't very clean, and garbage was on the floor. I am going to look for another doctor to see. Nothing against Dr. Kehlmann just the office he works in.
