The manager, Debbie Lamb, counter staff Michael and Shanika are all very professional and friendly. I requested the same room I had the last 2 visits, and they accommodated me fully. Room is clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is a good selection. I will be returning again and again. Thank you for the helpful staff.

Last time I stayed here I had some problems with the TV not working correctly and they were not able to fix it. This time I check in and go to my room and the power to the door is not working. I go back downstairs and they ask me to try it again. It still does not work. I come back after about 10 minutes of waiting for them to find the master key. Somehow there is no master key and the manager is not answering the phone. Good thing there was not an emergency. Then they tell me that I have to go to another room and that the King bed I had now has to be two Queen beds. So another bad experience. I was very annoyed because I just finished a full day of work then drove 7 hours to this hotel and I wanted to get in my room to sleep but it took about 20-25 minutes to just get in a room. I will probably try the La Quinta Inn next door. Looks just as nice from outside.

Polite friendly staff. Room was clean, but had a couple of issues which were dealt with immediately and professonally. Nice to have the tiny minifridge for dinner leftovers. Best part, let me stay in the sitting area in the lobby for several hours while waiting for a family member to finish a test at the technical center across the street. Had use of the wifi and the staff offered beverages. Would definately stay again. Can't comment on the pool or other amenities as we didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Don't block this hotel for your wedding!
Debbie Lamb is impossible to pin down. Unprofessional and frustrating! (and never retunred phone calls!)
I had guests calling me WEEKS before the wedding asking why the front desk had told them they "didn't have any knowledge of our room block" (which we had booked months (almost a year) prior)
We started to just tell people to book at the Pleasanton Marriott because the frustration wasn't worth it with the Best Western
It was a clean hotel. but for a wedding block...not worth it. -

After cleaning my apartment, I needed to go into the hotel room to rest a bit. This hotel provided me exactly that. The AC was a bit noisy, but not enough to prevent me fron taking a nap. It also had a PC for me to check a few things as well. The price range probably gave me such an adequate accommodation.
Unfortunately, I forgot to spray oil onto waffle maker, so it got stuck. I had to peal it off bit by bit. A custodian was not happy seeing that. They should've put some note for a reminder :P. Maybe such a boring incident was a nice way for me to bid farewell to Livermore.
Adios, Livermore. Hope I won't have to live there for a foreseeable future. -

I would definitely give 0 stars if possible Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I understand its a best western and they are cheap but c'mon!
We booked a room via Expedia for one king bed on a Tuesday. Checked in and went up to the room and its double beds! WTF, so figuring it was just a mistake we called down to the front desk and we said we booked a king room and this room has 2 double beds and the lady says "I know" and that they have no more king beds.. Sorry. She also refused to give us any type of discount for fucking up the rooms. I mean I'm staying with my boyfriend we really didn't want to sleep in 2 separate beds. So we asked if we could move rooms tomorrow then and just deal with the 2 beds she said Nope they didn't have any king beds until Friday. So whatever she was obviously unwilling to help. So we turn on the TV and 2 channels are out, one channel has no sound, one channel is extremely bright, a few channels are extremely dark and there is only like 22 channels. We call down to the front desk AGAIN and she said the TV isn't supposed to be like that and they'll send someone tomorrow to fix it. So the next day the key stops working to the room so we go down and switch keys and ask about the TV being fixed they said they don't know what time cuz the cable people are flaky. So after all no one came to fix the cable. And the key cards stopped working again later the same day. That night another channel stops working on the TV so my boyfriend calls down and they said they'll switch our rooms. So they give us keys to the room next door which TA-DA is a KING bed.. Just like we had asked for originally and they had told us they wont have any till Friday. Seems like they were just too damn lazy to give us the right room. So the TV in the king room was messed up as well so we just decided to stay in the original room so we didn't have to repack all of our stuff and move. Also the air conditioner in the rooms wall unit was not on so we use the controls on the unit which don't work. The stop switch doesn't work it does not turn off the AC but the "low fan" turns off the unit. The shower sucked there is NO water pressure and the lighting is extremely dark in there. The toilet only flushed sometimes. The towel in the shower had a stain on it so I'm not sure why'd they put in a dirty towel. The bed sheets also had these little yellowish stains. Then after everything we asked for a late check out and the night manager said they'd give us till 1pm instead of 12pm. He asked for 2pm and they told him to ask the maids..WTH? The next morning the BF calls down and they tell us that if we're checking out at 1pm then they are charging us an extra day because no one cleared it with them.. wtf? So finally they call us back and she said no one left a note about the late check out like they are supposed to but she talked to the person working the night before and they said they did give us a late check out.
Also the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows sucked as well.
Overall this experience sucked. They were NOT accommodating at all and the service was crap. The only nice thing about this hotel is the small fitness room that had a cool bike and treadmill in it.
Needless to say we will NOT be staying here ever again. Honestly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. -

We had a super pleasant stay here and while some of the people at the front desk are minimally polite, one of our favorite front desk people more than made up for it with her excellent recommendations and directions. Elizabeth guided us to the best breakfast place we have been to in a long time--Railroad Cafe. She also gave us better directions than mapquest ever could and was just all around the genuinely nicest hotel person I have ever at any hotel I have stayed at with her superior customer service and tendency to go that extra mile.
The hotel itself is about 5 minutes away from the downtown area and a minute away from the I-580. While you definitely do need a car, it's not a far drive from anywhere and is quite convenient. I chose this hotel for the fitness room and the heated pool. While both are a bit on the smaller side (5 basic cardio machines=fitness room and pool ranges from 3.5-5 feet deep), they are kept clean and there's never too many people around to bother you. There's a computer and printer available for the guests. The room service is excellent and the hotel is kept very clean and comfortable. Each room comes with a microwave and fridge, which is helpful for late-night munchies. One thing which was also a relief was each room's individual thermostat and control of temperature. An additional bonus is that the hotel has a complimentary breakfast in the mornings until 10 am of apples, bananas, juices, coffees, teas, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs and waffles! Yes, there is dispenser and a waffle machine to make your own waffles and it IS quite charming.
We're definitely staying here again next time we visit California!
