A nice place to stay, like most of the Best Western motels. But then two additional things that made me feel good about staying here were:

1. It is a good replacement from Disneyland area motels, as it is just about 10 miles away and is way cleaner & quieter than all of them.
2. The kitchen service at breakfast was good. Apart from fixing the nice elaborate breakfast that the staff was preparing, they took in special request from me at two occasions.

I had a great time in this place. I was here on Biz trip for a week and couldn't help notice their outstanding customer service. I will recommend this place to my peers.
Gift shop needs some real "Gifts"

I had a great time staying at this Best Western.

Whenever i go on vacation, i always try to stay at a cheap hotel. That being said, i don't like staying at economy type 'Motel 6' places... those places are just to creepy. It's hard for me to find the perfect mix of 'affordable' and 'quality' when it comes to hotels.

For about $70 a night, i was able to stay here at the Best Western and was very satisfied. The rooms were VERY clean, and very roomy. My room had a couch, mini fridge, and microwave. For the three days i stayed, all of the staff that i encountered were very friendly(the day i checked in, the lady at the front desk let me check in a few hours early! sweet!) They had free Wi-Fi with a strong connection. This place even offers a HOT breakfast- not just a bagel and coffee, but a full on eggs, pancakes, sausage or bacon.

Things i didn't like about this place include the 'Fitness Room' which is basically ONE treadmill that was made in 1980, and ONE weight machine that is totally run down- all squeezed into ONE unused hotel room, lol.

I would recommend this place is you're looking for that mix of affordability and quality in the Orange County area, and would definitely think about staying here again.

I had a very good stay.  Outdoor Pool & Spa, Fitness room (not just cardio machines like most hotel fitness rooms), laundry, on demand shuttles to hot spots within 3 miles, morning shuttle to Disneyland, 10 minutes from the airport, nice staff, especially Hector the guy at the front desk.   It cost me $99 a night (including tax), which is reasonable considering the proximity to the airport and the area it is in.  There were just a few little quirky things that could be worked out, but nothing major.  And even if you don't like it, there are 7 other hotels within a two block radius you could change to.
