Reserved a room here via Expedia two days prior to our visit. Showed up late, due to the usual terrible Harrisburg traffic (I believe that "Pennsylvania" is the native American word for "land of continuous road construction"), and checked in.
1) the room was not a smoking room, as we had clearly requested.
2) the phones didn't work.
Went to the front desk, where they switched us to another room.
1) It was not a king, which is what we paid for
2) The bathroom sink didn't work.
We decided that we'd stick with this one, since there was another sink that did work. But I will not be using this place again. When I attempted to find out what the problem had been with my initial reservation, the desk help were outright confrontational, and implied that that's what you get when you use Expedia. Isn't participation in Expedia's reservations voluntary? If they don't like Expedia, they should just not accept it, instead of torturing the innocent travelers who find it convenient. This place also features a "Bar with No Name" that seems to specialize in getting the locals inebriated into a state of complete belligerent incomprehensibility.

My advice is to stay somewhere else.
