This hotel could have been a 4 stars: spacious rooms, clean, good location where you can cross the street and be on the beach after a short walk.
Yet a few things were quite disappointing and yes, it's all in the details:
- really soft mattresses, not so good for your back;
- only one lonely teabag and 1 pouch of coffee in the room. No decaf.  Are you really that stingy?
- You need vouchers to go for breakfast and you have to go back to the front desk to request the vouchers for the next morning.  You can't get all of them for your entire stay at check-in.  What kind of customer service is that when you have to go and request something you have already paid for? Nonsense.
In a nutshell, decent stay in a quiet environment but quite a bit of nonsense from the management team where it simply doesn't feel that the customers are appreciated.

We stopped at the Best Western in Bandon. It was a nice hotel, beautiful room, and they only had internet access in the main building, which is why it got a rating of 4.

We had a view of the ocean, a hot tub in the living room, kitchenette, balcony, two bathrooms, king size bed, and a TV in both rooms.

The hotel itself is well cared for. Definitely a nice spot to enjoy!
