We stayed here on business and initially the first two of us checked in without a hitch but the last two of us the hotel gave the rooms away even though they had a reservation. The hotel did compensate for the mistake with another hotel but there was a lot of hassle that should not have been.
The room itself was clean and pretty standard, the water was hot, internet was good and we got a breakfast and happy hour cocktail. The breakfast is hot, bacon, eggs, potato buffett and a waffle maker; for the price of the room I would have expected a better breakfast like Quality Inn.
Not planning to stay here again with so many other options.
We stayed at this property for Spring training ( Cubs ) .The folks in front of us had problems checking in we did not . They offer a free hot breakfast to all guests . Our rooms were fine and the pool area was neat and clean . Then tend to get alot of repeat customers some of the folks year after year . They have a nice patio area to sit in . We did eat in their restaurant and it was fine . The lounge had a pool table and a nice selection of domestic drafts . We did run into alot of Cub fans as well as members of their broadcast crew . Would I stay at this property again ...YES !!!
