From the outside and inside the front desk area of this BW you would think that this hotel has been renovated or maintained its quality. As we were walking towards our room i noticed the large pool, well kept grounds / courtyard, and a small but quaint exercise room. There is parking all around the hotel, but it gets extremely packed on Fri & Sat nights so you may have to spend sometime time driving around looking for a spot.

Our room was located on the 1st floor with a large sliding glass door that opens onto the courtyard. The queen sized beds were not firm whatsoever and the sheets / cover had that old moldy smell. The room has a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The water pressure in our bathroom was horrible. Its funny how this BW describes its rooms as "newly remodeled and well appointed rooms"....uuummmm.....no, more like they were remodeled or well appointed in the 70's or 80's.

The only saving grace is that you get a free full breakfast in the mornings at its adjacent restaurant (i think 7am - 11am). You will need to take your daily vouchers with you to redeem your meal. Now, the restaurant is small and it gets packed on the weekends so you may opt to going across the street to Denny's or IHOP.

For what it's worth, this place isn't bad. The dinner wasn't expensive and actually had flavor. The pricing for the rooms isn't terrible, considering that it includes a *full* and delicious country breakfast in the morning, and access to their pool, jacuzzi, and exercise facility. I have a few beefs that should be known, though. There aren't enough power outlets in the rooms and I had to move a piece of furniture to plug my laptop in. The jacuzzi had plant debris in it and the jets didn't do much but splash water everywhere... the water was a bit too hot, too. The elliptical machine in the exercise room felt like it was about to fall apart, but to be fair, I could have just plugged my iPod into its built-in speaker so I could drown out the squeaking noises it was making. I was in a room facing the gas station and I was still very comfortable during the night. The walls are very thin, so I heard some guy's phone ring in the next room and could hear him talking, but the bed was comfortable enough that I went back to sleep quickly. Next time I might search for a slightly nicer place, but this is *not* a bad fallback at all. Oh yeah, fix your shower drains and light switches!

Wandered in at random on the way from San Fran to Vegas. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The fact that breakfast was included was nice. The breakfast itself was ok but nothing to write home about. I'd stay here again. The bill came to $90 for one night.
